| This paper is divided into two parts: clinical research and literature review.The first part is clinical research.Objective:Combined with the understanding and clinical experience of doctors in past dynasties,the effect of Guanxintongmai Decoction on Lp-PLA2 and serum NO in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)of phlegm and blood stasis type was clarified.Methods: 80 cases were collected and the patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given modern medical treatment of ACS,and the experimental group was given Guanxin Tongmai Decoction on the basis of modern medical treatment of ACS.The detection of Lp-PLA2,serum NO,blood routine and blood lipid was completed by the laboratory of Liaocheng Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine,Lp-PLA2 and serum NO were observed in the two groups,and the database was established by statistical software package spss20.0 for analysis.Results:1.Guanxin Tongmai Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ACS patients with phlegm stasis syndrome,especially in the improvement of angina pectoris and TCM syndrome.It can also reduce the total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride,and increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol.It can be seen that phlegm stasis syndrome is one of the important TCM pathogenesis of ACS,which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dispersing stasis,and Tongmai analgesic method in the treatment of ACS The rope.2.Traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can significantly reduce the level of Lp-PLA2,increase the level of serum NO,and improve the symptoms of angina pectoris.It shows that the formation of atherosclerosis is closely related to phlegm and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine.We can continue to explore the role of drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and their prescriptions in improving the function of endothelial cells.3.Guanxin Tongmai Decoction can increase the level of high-density lipoprotein by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and resolving knot,and relieving pain by dredging pulse.It shows that the methods of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and resolving knot,and relieving pain by dredging pulse can prevent atherosclerosis,and has certain potential in "preventing disease".Conclusion: Guanxin Tongmai Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome with phlegm and blood stasis can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the risk of readmission for cardiovascular reasons.At the same time,compared with patients treated with western medicine alone,Guanxintongmai decoction combined with western medicine did not increase the risk of adverse reactions.Therefore,on the basis of modern medical treatment of ACS,combined use of Guanxin Tongmai Decoction can bring significant benefits for patients with acute coronary syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.The next part is literature review.The reviewed and summarized the research progress of Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)in modern medicine in recent years,discussed the close relationship between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)and serum nitric oxide(NO)and acute coronary syndrome,and believed that anti-myocardial ischemia,anti-platelet,anti-coagulation,statin therapy and revascularization therapy were important and effective methods for the prevention and treatment of ACS.This paper comprehensively analyzes the theoretical basis and treatment methods of TCM treating ACS from phlegm and blood stasis in recent years,and summarizes the related research of phlegm and blood stasis ACS. |
