| Objective:To observe the TCM syndrome,Seattle angina scale,nitroglycerin discontinuation,electrocardiogram,blood lipid,P-selectin and von Willebrand Factor of patients with stable angina pectoris and to explore its efficacy and safety.Methods:72 patients with stable angina diagnosed with catarrhal stasis in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into 36 patients in the treatment group and another 36 patients in the control group.ECG,blood lipids,P-selectin,vWF and relevant safety parameters were changed in both groups.Results:A total of 60 cases were recruited,29 in the treatment group and 31 in the control group.1.TCM syndrome:The two groups of patients improved 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and the effect was better than that of 2 weeks after treatment 2 weeks after treatment.In terms of reducing chest pain,chest tightness,chest ruffiness,limb numbness and total TCM syndrome points,the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of palpitation,body diziness,phlegm volume,and lip purple darkness(P>0.05);2.Symptoms of angina pectoris in Seattle:The treatment group improved better than the control group in terms of the stable state and attack of angina pectoris(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of sorestriction,treatment satisfaction,and disease cognitions(P>0.05);3.Stop reduction rate of nitroglycerin:After 2 weeks of taking the drug,the total stop reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group and the control group was 65.4%and 64.5%respectively.After 4 weeks of taking the drug,the total stop reduction rate of the treatment group and the control group was 79.3%and 71%respectively.There was no significant difference between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05);4.Efficacy of electrocardiogram:After 2 weeks of medication,the total improvement rate of electrocardiogram in the treatment group was 62%,and the total improvement rate of the control group was 54.8%.After 4 weeks of medication,the total improvement rate of electrocardiogram in the treatment group was 72.4%,and the total improvement rate of the control group was 61.3%,no significant difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05);5.Blood lipids:After treatment in both groups,the blood lipids decreased compared with the previous one(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing TC and LDL-C levels(P<0.05);6.P-selectin and vWF factor:both groups improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).7.Record of adverse events:There were no abnormalities in the three routines and liver and kidney function during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion.1.The combination of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Pill and Western medicine treatment can improve the symptoms of TCM such as chest pain,chest tightness,fullness in chest and epigastrium,numbness of limbs in patients with CAD with signs of phlegm and stasis.2.A combination of Western medicine and Tongmai Jiangzhuo Pill treatment can improve angina symptoms and reduce nitroglycerin use.3.The combination of Western medicine treatment and Tongmai Jiangzhuo Pill can reduce blood lipids,P-selectin and vWF levels.4.The safety of Tongmai Jiangzhuo Pill is good and its clinical use can be recommended. |
