| Objective By observing the clinical effect of Tiaogan Jiangni Decoction on cold and heat mixed gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD）,the therapeutic effect of Tiaogan Jiangni Decoction on cold and heat mixed gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD）was studied,so as to provide new diagnosis and treatment methods and ideas for the prevention and treatment of GERD.Method A total of 80 GERD patients treated in Wuhan First Hospital from June 2020 to October 2021 were selected and diagnosed as GERD with mixed syndromes of cold and heat after various examinations.The observation group and the control group were randomly divided into 2 groups.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,average course of disease,scores of symptoms before treatment,total scores of symptoms and SCORES of Gerd Q scale between the observation group and the control group（P >0.05）.Observation group was given Tiaoganjiangni Decoction（200ml/ bag,1dose per day,3 times a day,1 bag per time,each bag taken orally 30 min before meals in the morning,afternoon and evening）,which was decocted by the Chinese Medicine Pharmacy of Wuhan First Hospital.The control group was given Banxia Tiaozhong granule,which was prepared by Wuhan First Hospital,3 times a day,1 bag each time,and 1 bag each 30 min before meals.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks as a course.During the period of taking medicine,the two groups were instructed to give up smoking and drinking,avoid eating raw and cold,spicy,sweet and greasy food,avoid lying flat immediately after taking medicine,can carry out appropriate sports,try not to strenuous exercise,sleep can be appropriately raised the head of the bed,forbid taking drugs that will affect the efficacy of the judgment.After 1 course of treatment,the efficacy and safety were evaluated,and the scores of various symptoms,total symptom scores and Gerd Q scale scores of the two groups were observed after treatment,and the scores of symptoms were compared within and between groups,respectively,to observe whether there were statistical differences.After treatment,the total effective rate was calculated and compared between the two groups.Telephone follow-up was conducted 4weeks after drug withdrawal to calculate the recurrence rate of the two groups and compare whether there is a statistical difference.SPSS 25.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis.Results1.Scores of major symptoms: scores of major symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before,with significant statistical significance within the group（P < 0.01）,and no statistical difference between groups（P > 0.05）;2.secondary symptoms integral: observation group after treatment,loss of appetite,fatigue,bowel loose stools,hand,foot and not god wen four secondary symptom integral was significantly reduced the（P < 0.01）,the control group after treatment was no the secondary symptom integral decreased significantly（P > 0.05）,loss of appetite,fatigue,god bowel symptoms of loose stools,brothers don’t temperature has no obvious improvement;The score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P < 0.01）.3.Gerd Q scale score: after treatment,the score of observation group was lower than that of control group（P < 0.01）;4.Total effective rate: the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P < 0.01）;5.Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group（P < 0.05）;6.Safety analysis: No significant abnormalities were found in the three routine examinations,liver and kidney functions,electrolytes and electrocardiogram of patients in the two groups during the trial period,and no adverse reactions occurred.No adverse events occurred during the process,indicating that Tiaoganjiangni Decoction is safe and reliable,can be safely taken,and can be used for clinical research and promotion.Conclusion Inverse liver drop soup and pinellia adjustable particle can to type in a word,not in GERD has good treatment effect,can significantly improve the symptoms of acid reflux,heartburn,two groups during treatment had no adverse events,but the liver drop decoction in improving the loss of appetite,fatigue,bowel god not loose stool,hands and feet warm these secondary symptom curative effect is better than this decoction of particles,And the total effective rate was higher than pinellia tuber of particles,particles in the pinellia tone lower recurrence,Gerd Q rating scale also lower after treatment,confirmed the liver drop decoction in the treatment of fever type GERD mixed curative effect is better,has obvious advantages,and can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate,and safe and reliable,and can be used in further clinical promotion. |
