| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of Bushen Huoxue in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to investigate the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its influence of related indicators,such as serum C-reactiveprotein(CRP),sex hormone level in patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosed as deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The experimental group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction and Daying-35,while the control group was treated with Daying-35 for 3consecutive menstrual cycles.To observe the improvement of TCM clinical syndromes and the changes of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH,testosterone(T)before and after treatment in two groups,and carry on the statistical processing to the data,analyze and discuss the difference of curative effect.Results:(1)There is a significant difference in the comprehensive curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),The total effective rates of the test group and the control group were respectively 86%and 76%;There was a significant difference in the curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups(P<0.05),The total effective rate of the test group and the control group was respectively 90% and 80%;There were significant differences in the scores of TCM clinical syndrome between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the serum CRP levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference is very significant(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the levels of serum T,LH,LH/FSH in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the level of serum FSH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);(4)There was a significant positive correlation between serum CRP and T(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Bushen Huoxue method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients patients with polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosed as deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type,reduced levels of LH、T、LH/FSH in patients and regulate disordered endocrine levels;(2)Bushen Huoxue method can reduce serum CRP level and Reduce chronic inflammation;(3)The mechanism of Bushen Huoxue method in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome may be related to the reduction of serum CRP level,which still needs further study. |
