Jianpi Liqi Granules Improve Quality Of Life And Changes Of Duodenal Mucosal Immune Cells In Patients With Functional Dyspepsia Of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveClinical research:With placebo as the control,a randomized,double-blind clinical trial design method was used to observe the effectiveness of Jianpi Liqi Granules in treating patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency syndrome.Basic research:compare the differences of immune cells in duodenal mucosa between FD patients with spleen deficiency syndrome and healthy controls,to understand whether duodenal mucosal immune cells are involved in the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency syndrome.MethodsClinical study:A total of 44 patients who met the criteria of FD for spleen deficiency syndrome were selected,including 22 in the treatment group and 22 in the control group.The treatment group was given 2 bags of bid po for Jianpi Liqi granules,and the control group was given 2 bags of bid po for placebo.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Before treatment and at the end of treatment,perform FD symptom score,FD quality of life scale score,depression screening scale,etc.,use statistical software SPSS22.0 to analyze the data;2 weeks after the end of treatment Follow up.Basic research:10 cases of FD patients with spleen deficiency syndrome were selected,and 10 healthy controls were included.The duodenal mucosa was harvested with biopsy forceps under gastroscopy,RNA reverse transcription was performed to obtain gene expression data,and CIBERSORT was used to calculate immune cells in the tissue The composition is calculated by the "deconvolution method" to obtain the number of 22 kinds of immune cells,and the statistical software SPSS22.0 is used for statistical analysis of the data.ResultsClinical study:Jianpi Liqi Granules can improve postprandial fullness,early satiety,and mid-upper abdominal pain in patients with FD with spleen deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),and no significant improvement in upper abdominal burning discomfort(P>0.05);Jianpi Liqi Granules Treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency syndrome can improve the quality of life scores in the four dimensions of worry,daily life,discomfort,and disease control(P<0.05),and has no significant improvement in the quality of life in the four dimensions of diet,sleep,feeling of health,and stress.(P>0.05);Jianpi Liqi Granules can improve depression in patients with functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);during the treatment,no toxicity,side effects and adverse reactions were seen.Basic research:The unactivated natural killer cells in the duodenal mucosa of patients with functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency were lower than those in healthy controls(P<0.05);compared with healthy controls,patients with functional dyspepsia due to spleen deficiency had duodenal Mast cells,eosinophils and other cells in the intestinal mucosa did not change significantly(P>0.05).ConclusionClinical research:Jianpi Liqi Granules can improve the discomfort symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency syndrome without toxic and side effects.Basic research:There may be differences in the immune cells of the duodenal mucosa between patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency syndrome and healthy controls.This study found that the unactivated natural killer cells of the duodenal mucosa of patients with functional dyspepsia syndrome of spleen deficiency were lower than those of healthy controls.Group,may be involved in the onset of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency syndrome.
