Objectives:Based on the concept of ERAS,this paper discusses the effect of electroacupuncture on postoperative analgesia, inflammatory stress index and rapid rehabilitation of patients with gynecological minimally invasive surgery, and evaluates its safety and effectiveness, which provides a reference for pain management and rapid rehabilitation of gynecological minimally invasive surgery. Methods:In this study,64 patients with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were included, including 33 in observation group and 31 in control group. Both groups of patients were ERAS perioperative management, the operation was completed by the same medical group, the implementation of a unified anesthesia program, nursing program. The observation group was treated with 30 min electroacupunctre analgesia min 6 h before and after operation,Two times. The control group was treated with celecoxib analgesia by single oral administration of 200 mg 6 h before and after operation,Two times. The serum CRP、IL-6、norepinephrine(NE)was recorded before and on the first day after operation;6 postoperative h、12h、24h、48hVAS pain score;Postoperative rapid rehabilitation related indicators and adverse reactions occurred in the number of cases.SPSS26.0 software is used to analyze the test data.Results:(1)The demographic characteristics(age, height, weight,BMI),intraoperative conditions(operative time, intraoperative fluid rehydration, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative urine volume),preoperative serum indexes(serum CRP、IL-6、norepinephrine)of the two groups were compared P>0.05,indicating that the preoperative baseline conditions of the two groups were consistent and comparable.(2)Serum index analysis:the serum CRP、IL-6、norepinephrine levels in the two groups on the first day after operation were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).The serum CRP、IL-6、norepinephrine levels in electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those in celecoxib group on the first day after operation(P<0.05).The results showed that electroacupuncture was superior to celecoxib in reducing inflammatory stress index.(3)Pain index analysis:the VAS score of 6 h electroacupuncture group was lower than that of celecoxib group and P<0.05.The VAS score of 12 h electroacupuncture group was lower than that of control group but P>0.05.05,indicating that the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture was better than that of celecoxib during 12-48 h after operation. The above results show that the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture is better than that of celecoxib, and its analgesic advantage is mainly reflected within 6 h and 12 h-48h after operation.(4)The correlation between serum index and postoperative 24 hVAS score:the pain score of 24 hVAS in both groups was significantly positively correlated with the levels of serum C reactive protein(CRP)and norepinephrine(NE)on the first day after operation(P<0.05).(5)After the rehabilitation index and adverse reactions:electroacupuncture group after the first time, exhaust time were lower than celecoxib group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After operation, the incidence of nausea and vomiting in electroacupuncture group was lower than that in celecoxib group(P<0.05);The results showed that electroacupuncture was superior to celecoxib in promoting rapid recovery and reducing nausea and vomiting.Conclusion:(1)Under the ERAS concept, electroacupuncture has good analgesic effect in gynecological minimally invasive surgery. It is superior to celecoxib in relieving postoperative pain, relieving inflammatory stress, avoiding postoperative complications and promoting early recovery.(2)Reducing the CRP of serum acute protein、cytokines IL-6 and stress hormone NE and avoiding excessive inflammatory stress is one of the ways for electroacupuncture to exert analgesic effect.
