Objective:to study the application of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in minimally invasive gynecological surgery, and to analyze the difficulties and prospects of comprehensive implementation. Methods:patients who accord with the inclusion and exclusion standard were selected as objects of study,We are obtain a total of 105 cases in the experiment group(ERAS group)and 46 cases in the control group(conventional group)by using questionnaires. Results:comparing the data of the two groups, the time of the first drinking water postoperative, the time of the recovery of normal diet,on the day of surgery and first one day activity after the surgery in patients with the pain score was statistically significant(P <0.05).The relevant health management indicators(preoperative and postoperative hospitalization time, total hospitalization cost)and hospitalization experience of the two groups had no statistical significance(P >0.05).Conclusion: the comparison between the two groups of data on the implementation of ERAS concept in the perioperative period of minimally invasive gynecological surgery has not reached the optimal expected results, but the short-term indicators related to the optimal recovery in the implementation process can be seen to significantly accelerate the postoperative recovery and alleviate the perioperative pain of patients. And related health management indicators such as number of days in hospital, the hospital total cost and was hospitalized feelings, needs to accelerate rehabilitation surgery a multidisciplinary team(ERAS-MDT)run after the mature,to continue their studies larger sample sizes and ERAS path, the full implementation of the multi-level power from various respects ERAS concept in clinical practice, gradually solve the reality rapid recovery concept to carry out the problem of insufficient.ERAS concept is not only the result of the continuous accumulation and practice of evidence-based medicine, but also the return of the social-psycho-medical model, which plays an increasingly important role in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients, coordinating medical resources and improving doctor-patient relationship. The application of ERAS concept in perioperative period of minimally invasive gynecological surgery is still at the initial stage, but it has certain advantages and has a good prospect of popularization.
