Objective:To explore different TCM constitution types and related factors in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and to analyze the relationship between different constitution types and and related factors,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of ACS from the perspective of constitutions. Methods:All of 150 patients hospitalized for ACS and undergoing coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2020 were included consecutively.gather patients’ clinical information, base on the results of coronary angiography and the criteria of the AHA formulate Gensini score, according to "constitution of TCM scale" inside each answer to these questions determine specific constitution, finally through SPSS25.0 statistical software to process data, measurement data using parametric test;Counting data were tested by chi-square test.Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between ACS TCM constitutions and related factors.P<0.05 indicated statistical difference, otherwise no statistical difference.Results:1.According to statistics, among the 150 patients included in this study, patients with unstable angina pectoris were more common, while ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction was relatively rare. The ratio of male to female patients is greater than 2.The peak of the disease occurs after the age of 50.The minimum age of the disease is 30 years old,and the patient is male. The overall level of weight control was poor:76 patients had a BMI of 24-27.9,accounting for 50.67%;while the total number of obese patients was 24,accounting for 16.00%;most ACS patients also suffered from hypertension, and the proportion of diabetes patients was 48.67%.2.In the two distinct classifying constitution, single constitution(54.67%)was the role constitution, and 68 people with compatible constitutions.According to the classification of six constitutions, moderate constitution(42.67%),biased constitution tendency(20.67%)and simply biased constitution(19.33%)were the main components.Among the nine constitutions, the proportion of 63.3%,26.67%,16.67%,16.67%,respectively represent calm quality,phlegm-dampness quality,Yang deficiency quality,Qi deficiency quality ranked in the first four,as the main constitutions.3.In the binary constitutions,The comparison of single constitution and combined constitution showed that there were obviously differences in drinking among the two groups,Significant distinction were found in the distribution of only one item of BMI among different constitutions of the six classifications or nine classifications(P<0.05).4.Under the dichotomous constituency, there were significant differences in D-dimer between the groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in BMI among the six groups(P<0.05).Significant difference was found only in BMI among the nine groups(P<0.05).5.In the dichotomous constitution, drinking alcohol, diabetes, and D-dimer were significant influencing factors(P<0.05).ACS patients with drinking habits, diabetes symptoms, and increased D-dimer were more likely to form double clipping constitution. When the dependent variable was calmness, age,Gensini and no alcohol consumption had significant effects(P<0.05);when the dependent variable was calmness, age,Gensini and no alcohol consumption had significant effects(P<0.05).When the dependent variable was biased constitution tendency, age,Gensini and no alcohol consumption had significant effects on it(P<0.05).When the dependent variable was simply biased constitution,age,gender,non-smoking and non-drinking had significant effects on it(P<0.05).BMI,high density, male sex and no hypertension had significant effects when the dependent variable was pinch bias body mass(P<0.05).When the dependent variable is simple tendency constitution,no independent variable has a significant effect on it.In the nine categories of physique, when the dependent variable was qi-deficient quality, the absence of diabetes had a significant effect on it(P<0.05).When the dependent variable was humidity, heat and mass,BMI,Gensini and no diabetes had significant effects(P<0.05).When the dependent variable was blood stasis,BMI had a significant effect on it(P<0.05).When the dependent variable was qi-stagnation substance,D-dimer polymer had a significant effect on it(P<0.05).Other independent variables had no significant effect on the dependent variables.6.According to the scatter chart, among the influencing factors with positive results,it can be seen from the scatter chart that there is a negative correlation between D-dimer and BMI in ACS patients as a whole.BMI was negatively correlated with age as a whole.BMI was negatively correlated with Gensini as a whole.Gensini is positively correlated with age as a whole.Research conclusion:1.Most of the ACS patients are overweight and obese, and a considerable number of patients suffer from diabetes;2.The majority of ACS patients’constitutions are mild,phlegm-dampness,yang-deficiency and qi-deficiency,with relatively small constitutions but a considerable number of patients.Among the six types of constitution, moderate quality and bias constitution tended to be the most common, while simple bias constitution was the most common.3.ACS patients with alcohol consumption, diabetes, and high D-dimer are more likely to form double clipping constitution;4.Age,Gensini value, gender,BMI value,HDL-C and D-dimer all affected the constitution formation of ACS patients;5.The D-dimer of ACS patients was positively correlated with age and negatively correlated with BMI;BMI was negatively correlated with age and Gensini.Gensini was positively correlated with age.
