[Objective]This research is based on the "emotion-qi-movement-liver" axis to explore the effectiveness and safety of TCM scraping therapy in the treatment of hypertension with insomnia of liver yanghyperactivity,in order to improve the sleep quality of hypertension patients, reduce blood pressure, relieve anxiety and depression and other clinical symptoms.[Methods]A total of 74 hypertension patients with insomnia of liver yang hyperactivity admitted to the cardiology department in Nanjing Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to November 2020 were selected, which were randomly divided into 37 cases in the intervention group(scraping therapy combined with health education)and 37 cases in the control group(health education).PSQI,blood pressure,HADS,TCM syndrome score scale and safety observation were used to evaluate the hypertension patients with insomnia in the 2 groups before,at 2 weeks after intervention and at 4 weeks after intervention group.[Result]In this research,74 cases of clinical data were collected, including 35 cases in the intervention group(2 cases were dropped),and 37 cases in the control group.(1)Sleep condition:The results showed that the interaction of treatment factors, time factors, treatment factors and time factors was significant,P<0.01;after 2 weeks of intervention, the scores between two groups were statistically significant compared with that before intervention and 2 weeks after intervention(P<0.05),and the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention, the scores between two groups were statistically significant compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),compared with the control group, the score of intervention group was significant(P<0.05).(2)Blood pressure:The interaction of treatment factors, time factors, treatment factors and time factors was significant,P<0.01.From the whole course of treatment,SBP and DBP of two groups showed a downward trend, after 2 weeks of intervention, the SBP and DBP of the 2 groups had significant difference compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),and the difference of SBP and DBP of the intervention group was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05);after 4 weeks, the SBP and DBP of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention and 2 weeks after intervention(P<0.05),compared with the control group, the SBP and DBP of the intervention group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).(3)Emotion condition:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention, the improvement of anxiety and depression between two groups had significantly difference(P<0.05).(4)TCM syndrome score:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention, the TCM syndrome score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention there were differences in the scores of vertigo and headache between two groups(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of vertigo, headache, waist soreness, dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest and insomnia in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Security:There were no complications and adverse reactions in the two groups.[Conclusions]Scraping therapy based on "emotion-qi-movement-liver" axis can effectively improve sleep quality, relieve hypertension, reduce anxiety and depression, and lower TCM syndrome score of hypertension patients with insomnia of liver yang hyperactivity. It is a safe and effective TCM nursing method.
