Objectives: To understand the status quo of vaccination knowledge, vaccine hesitation and vaccination behavior of children’s parents;to analyze the differences of vaccination knowledge, vaccine hesitation and vaccination behavior in different general demographic data;to clarify the correlation among vaccination knowledge, vaccine hesitation and vaccination behavior;to explore the impact of vaccination knowledge and vaccine hesitation on on vaccination behavior,so as to provide reference for future research To provide a theoretical basis for parents to develop vaccination related interventions. Methods: Convenient sampling method was used to investigate the parents of children who visited several community health service centers, maternal and child health centers and central health centers in Yanbian area with informed consent and voluntary participation. The questionnaire included general information, vaccination knowledge, vaccination hesitation and vaccination behavior. The questionnaire data were input into the computer for sorting and coding, and then processed and analyzed by spss26.0 statistical software.Test level a = 0.05.results:(1)The total reliability of the vaccination knowledge scale was Cronbach’s α 809.The total reliability of the vaccination behavior scale was Cronbach’s α The total reliability of the vaccine hesitation scale was Cronbach’s α 740.(2)The results showed that the average age of the subjects was 32.95 ±7.01 years old,of which 31 years old accounted for 10.0%.Among them,512 were female, accounting for 74.0%;457 were Han,accounting for 66.0%;575 were professional, accounting for 83.1%;478 were college or above, accounting for 69.1%;600 lived in cities, accounting for 86.7%;312 had a monthly family income of 5000-10000 yuan, accounting for 45.1%;502 had mother parents, accounting for 72.5%;307 had children younger than 1 year old, accounting for 44.4%;571 had only child families 5%,accounting for82.(3)The average score of vaccination knowledge was 13.78 ± 3.28,the average score of vaccination certificate and vaccine classification knowledge was 4.04 ± 1.25,the average score of children’s vaccine knowledge was 5.53 ± 1.43,and the average score of vaccination precautions was 4.20 ± 1.54 The difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05),that is,30-35 years old, female, junior college or above, city, family monthly income of 5000-10000 yuan, mother and child age of 3 years old or above, the subjects scored higher on vaccination knowledge.(4)The average score of vaccine hesitation was 40.69 ± 4.72,the average score of items was 4.07 ± 0.47,the maximum was 50,and the minimum was23,.In the general demographic characteristics, according to the age, gender, nationality, education level, residence, monthly family income and the relationship between parents and children, there were significant differences in the level of vaccine hesitation(p< 0.05),That is to say, women under 30 years old,Han nationality, junior college or above, family monthly income of 10000 yuan or above and mother’s score of vaccine hesitation are higher.(5)The average score of vaccination behavior was 59.79 ± 9.22,the average score of vaccination process behavior was 35.75 ± 4.45,and the average score of vaccination behavior initiative was 24.03 ± 4.47.There were significant differences in vaccination knowledge among different age, gender, education level, residence, family monthly income, relationship with children and children’s age,and the differences were statistically significant The subjects aged 30-35,female,junior college or above, city, family monthly income of 5000-10000 yuan, mothers of children and children aged 3 or above had higher scores of vaccination knowledge(p< 0.05).(6)The higher the score of vaccine hesitation scale, the lower the vaccine hesitation. Therefore, there is a significant positive correlation between parents’ vaccination knowledge and its dimensions, vaccine hesitation and vaccination behavior and its dimensions(r = 0.305-0.544,p< 0.001).(7)In general demographic characteristics, parents’ age, nationality, place of residence, relationship with children, children’s age and family structure can effectively explain vaccination behavior, and the explanatory power is 28.7%.After entering vaccination knowledge, vaccination behavior was better predicted, and its explanatory power increased by 11.8%.On the basis of the original variables, the explanatory power of predicting vaccination behavior increased by 6.1%,and the explanatory power of all variables was 46.9%.The regression equations of the three models were all valid(p< 0.001).Conclusions:(1)The vaccination knowledge scale, vaccine hesitation scale and vaccination behavior scale have good reliability and validity, which can be used to investigate the parents of children in Yanbian area.(2)There were significant differences in vaccination knowledge among parents with different age, education level, occupation, monthly family income and the relationship between parents and children.(3)There are significant differences in the level of vaccine hesitation among parents with different age, gender, nationality, educational level, residence, monthly family income and the relationship between parents and children.(4)Parents of children with different age, gender, nationality, educational level, residence, monthly family income, relationship between parents and children and family structure have significant differences in vaccination behavior.(5)The higher the vaccination knowledge and the lower the vaccination hesitation, the better the vaccination behavior of parents.(6)Vaccination knowledge, vaccine hesitation, gender, education background, residence, age of children and the relationship between parents and children are the influencing factors of parents’ vaccination behavior.
