| Objective: This study investigated the status of environmental stressors, social support and anxiety in patients after PCI.The differences in general demographic characteristics of patients after PCI were compared.In-depth analysis of the correlation in patients after PCI,to clarify the impact of environmental stressors and social support on anxiety,so as to provide reference for the subsequent development of corresponding nursing measures to reduce the level of anxiety in patients. Methods: In this study,a convenient sampling method was used to select patients after PCI in CCU wards of two level-III first-class hospitals in Liaoyang city.Questionnaire about using self-made general situation questionnaire,ICU stressor scale environment, scale, social support rating scale, anxiety self-assessment questionnaire back after the first use Excel to organize data, and then use the SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze data, statistical methods have a statistical description,t test, analysis of variance,non-parametric test,Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis methods.Results:(1)The total score of environmental stressors in the research object was 92.09±16.12 points on average. There were differences between patients’ perceived environmental stressors and patients’ age, place of residence, payment method of medical expenses, per capita monthly income and time of admission to CCU(P < 0.05).(2)The mean total score of social support of the research object was(37.92±0.62),and the social support level of the patients was at a moderately high level. There were differences between the social support of patients after PCI and gender, age, education level, education level, per capita monthly income, and number of days in CCU(P < 0.05).(3)The total score of anxiety the research object was(83.79,3.07),with an average score of(67.03 + 3.07),indicating a high level of anxiety. There were differences between anxiety and gender, age, marital status, educational level, payment method, per capita monthly income, and number of days in CCU(P < 0.05).(4)Environmental stressors were negatively correlated with social support(P < 0.05),and positively correlated with anxiety(P < 0.05).Social support was negatively correlated with anxiety(P < 0.05).(5)The influencing factors of patients’ anxiety include: subjective support, objective support, and physical environment can enter the anxiety regression equation for variables.Conclusions:(1)The anxiety level of the patient is at a high level, the perception of environmental stressors and the social support level are at a medium level, and the three influencing factors mainly include the patient’s gender, age, education level, payment method, per capita monthly income, and the number of days in CCU.(2)After PCI,the higher the scores of environmental stressors, the lower the scores of social support. The higher the score of environmental stressors, the higher the score of anxiety; The higher the social support score, the lower the anxiety score.Medical staff can develop corresponding nursing measures according to the correlation among the three.(3)Subjective support is the most influential factor in anxiety of patients after PCI,and medical staff can conduct health education for this factor to reduce anxiety of patients. |
