| Objective:to observe the invigorating gastric huoxue fang treatment the curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.Treatment group given invigorating gastric huoxue fang and differentiation and subtract treatment,control group given folic acid treatment,a course of 6 months.Observe the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms,endoscopy results,the improvement of the gastric mucosa pathological histology.Results:1.The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 90.00%and 80.00%respectively,the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.01).2.The two groups after treatment in patients with pathological tissue blood integral was decreased,the integral lower case and treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05).3.The treatment group patients with the degree of intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa than before treatment significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Invigorating gastric huoxue fang treatment can effectively improve chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of the patient's clinical symptoms,improve the quality of survival,improve patients with gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and pathology results. |
