| Research purpose: The biliary theory is an important part of the theory of Tibetan phenomena in TCM.This theory originated from the "Huang Di Nei Jing"(hereinafter referred to as "Internal Classics")and occupies a unique position in the theory of Tibetan phenomena in TCM.However, due to the scattered discussions on the physiology and pathology of the gall bladder and the pathology in the "Internal Classics",and there are inexplicable points in many theoretical links, the later generations of physicians have been arguing about this, which limits the development and clinical application of this theory.Based on this,I plan to sort out the relevant scriptures of Neijing and refer to the annotations of doctors of the past dynasties to systematically comb and discuss the theory of gallbladder and fu-organs,in order to perfect the theory of zangxiang, and provide theoretical basis for the research on syndromes and treatment of gallbladder-organ diseases in Chinese medicine.Research method: This article adopts the method of combining literature research and the genetic research of TCM theory.Based on the collection, sorting and extension of the original content of the "Internal Classics",it is based on traditional thinking, and refers to the theories of later generations, and strives for a correct interpretation. The connotation of the theory of biliary organs in traditional Chinese medicine provides a reliable entry point and breakthrough for the research of syndromes of biliary organs in modern Chinese medicine.Research content: This article conducts the basic theoretical research on the gall bladder.First, explore the different anatomical basis of the gall bladder and the gall bladder through philology. The former is based on the gallbladder, and the latter is derived from the observation of the male reproductive organs. This is the genetic basis for exploring the connotation of the gall bladder.Secondly, based on the anatomical basis of gallbladder-organs,it comprehensively sorts out and explores the formation and evolution of its physiological functions, and proposes that the gallbladder of the six fu-organs stores bile, and the gallbladder of Qiheng stores sperm seeds. And further explore the deep meaning of Qiheng’s guts, that is,the function of Qiheng’s guts evolves into the guts of Shaoyang Chunsheng, which has the function of pivoting Yang Qi and being determined by the gall."Courageous decision" and other theoretical difficulties.Thirdly,it summarizes the different pathogenesis changes of the gall of six fu-organs,the gall of Qiheng and the gall of Shaoyang Chunsheng, combined with the relevant expositions of doctors of the past dynasties, and summarizes the main points of syndromes and treatments of gallstone diseases. As a result, the localization and diagnosis of biliary diseases in Chinese medicine is more accurate and specific, the understanding of its pathogenesis is clearer, and the treatment is more targeted. This research not only perfected the theory of biliary organs, but also made the theory of Tibetan elephants in TCM more mellow, thus realizing innovative research on the origin of TCM theories.Research results: This article presents the development process of the theory of biliary organs in TCM,preliminarily constructs the framework of the theoretical system of biliary organs, and explains the difficult problems of related theories reasonably, thus clarifying the important position of the theory of biliary organs in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. The in-depth excavation and exploration of the biliary theory has enriched and developed the theory of Tibetan elephants in traditional Chinese medicine, and demonstrated the unique value and significance of this classic theory. |
