Clinical Study Of Guiqi Hua-Qi Decoction On Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Gout

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of Guiqi Hua-qi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of chronic gout,and analyze its effectiveness and security,so as to provide a valid prescription for the treatment of chronic gout.Methods: In this study,72 cases of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in chronic phase of gout were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given oral febuxustat tablets,and the treatment group was given Guiqi Hua-qi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Two groups were treated with 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,visual analogue scale(VAS score),uric acid(UA),uric acid compliance rate,ESR,C-reactive protein(CRP),security indexes,adverse reactions and other data of 2 groups before,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were recorded,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:1.Comparison of effectiveness of TCM syndromes: after 8 weeks of treatment,the entire valid rate was calculated,the treatment group was 91.43%,the control group was 74.29%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of scores of syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency: symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment(P&L;0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of joint pain,swelling,flexion and extension deficiency,drowsiness and tiredness,chills and cold limbs(P<0.05).3.Comparison of VAS scores: VAS scores were reduced in both groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of UA and inflammatory indicators: UA and ESR levels were reduced in both groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Both groups were equally valid in improving CRP levels(P>0.05).5.Comparison of security indicators: there was no statistical significance in the comparison of laboratory indicators and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guiqi Hua-qi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in the chronic phase of gout has more strengths than western medicine alone in improving TCM syndrome,improving VAS score,decreasing blood uric acid,increasing the rate of uric acid reaching the standard,and controlling joint inflammation,and the drug is safe and reliable during the process of the treatment.This study provides a valid method for clinical treatment of gout,and it is worth popularizing.
