Study On The Clinical Medication Rule Of Ding Jiwan,a Famous Doctor In Menghe,based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:By collecting and sorting out the related medical cases of Ding Jiwan,a famous doctor in Menghe,and using the data analysis system of ancient and modern medical case cloud platform developed by China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,the medical case data was analyzed to explore the clinical medication rules of Mr.Ding Jiwan and summarize his medication characteristics.Methods:According to the name,diagnosis,symptoms,tongue coating,tongue,treatment,prescription,prescription and prescription composition of the medical records collected in "Ding Ji Wan Medical Records ",the database of Ding Ji Wan medical records is established,the medical records are standardized according to the Chinese medicine terminology books and the standardization module of the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform,and the similar medical records and diseases that Ding is good at are selected through the disease statistics,and the data analysis system of the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform is introduced into the data analysis system of the ancient and modern medical records,and the frequency statistics of the symptoms,drugs and the four qi,five flavors and the classics of the drugs in the medical records are carried out,The association analysis between drugs and drugs and between drugs and symptoms,cluster analysis of drugs and other treatm Results:A total of 352 medical cases of Ding Jiwan were collected in this study.A total of 72 diseases and 320 symptoms appeared,including 138 traditional Chinese medicines.The four qi of drugs were mainly of ping,cold,warm and slightly cold.The five flavors are mianly bitter,sweet and pungent.Drugs to the lung meridian,spleen meridian.The stomach meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian are most common.Poria cocos was the common drug,appearing 237 times.The common prescription was Erchen Tang plus or minus.Based on the data analysis of 78 cases of 64 cases of exogenous diseases :138 Chinese herbs were used,A total of 13 drugs ≥30% frequency,The most frequent occurrence of the drug was Poria cocos 85.90%,followed by Coix seed,bitter almond,Pinellia ternata,Scutellaria,Perrin,Chen Pei and so on;Commonly used high-frequency drug combinations are : " Coix seed-Poria cocos "," Fritillaria thunbergii-Fructus Aurantii ","Pinellia-Poria cocos ",Common drug associated with : " Tujin-body heat "," Forsythia forsythia-body heat "," honeysuckle-body heat "," Yan Ren-Chest tightness " and so on;Core drugs are: Poria cocos,Coix seed,Scutellaria,Bupleurum,Fructus Aurantii,Chen Pei,Fritillaria thunbergii,Pinellia ternata,Perrin,bitter almond.Four Qi to sex cold,sex slightly cold,sex flat,sex warm mainly;Five flavors to bitter,sweet,Xin-based;The main meridian is lung meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridianAccording to the analysis of 37 cases of cough diseases,95 Chinese herbs were used,A total of 13 drugs ≥30% frequency,Among them,The proportion of Poria cocos was94.59%,followed by winter melon seeds,bitter almonds,Fritillaria thunbergii,Qianhu,mulberry leaves,Pinellia ternata,bamboo,Coix seed,Trichosanthes,Radix Polygala,Platycodon grandiflorum,etc;Commonly used high-frequency drug combinations are : "Qianhu-Fuiling "," Trichosanthes-Fuiling "," Corydalis-Fuiling "," Platycodon grandiflorum-Fuiling "," Yuanzhi-Fuiling " and so on;Common drug related to: cough and the former Hu,Pinellia ternata,root,Radix Polygala,Platycodon grandiflorum,winter melon seeds,bitter almonds and other drugs closely related;Core drugs are;Poria cocos,Coix seed,winter melon seeds,mulberry leaves,Fritillaria thunbergii,Trichosanthes,bitter almond,Qianhu,Pinellia ternata,Reed root,Chen Pei;Four Qi to sex slightly cold,sex cold,sex flat mainly;Five flavors to sweet,bitteAccording to the analysis of 32 medical cases,135 herbs were used and 9 herbs were selected ≥30% frequency.Among them,the most frequently used herbs were peony bark,Rubia,Platycladus orientalis,lotus root node,Fritillaria thunbergii,so on,followed by bamboo,root,clam powder,broad bean flower,dry lotus and so on;Core drugs are: dry lotus,alizarin,root,peony,mother,bamboo Ru,broad bean flower,Platycladus orientalis,gardenia.The four qi is mainly cold,slightly cold and flat;the five flavors are mainly sweet and bitter;the meridian is mainly liver,lung and heart.Based on the analysis of 22 cases of throat diseases,it was concluded that 69 Chinese herbs were used,A total of 14 drugs ≥30% frequency,Among them,the proportion of Xuanshen is as high as 80.95%,Forsythia suspensa,Reed root,Platycodon grandiflorum,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Bamboo Leaf,Glycyrrhiza,Bombyx bassiana and Menthol account for 50%,and the frequency of 7 times of Schizonepeta ear,Gardenia jasminoides,mulberry leaf and bamboo Ru is relatively low.The commonly used high frequency drug combinations include : " Bamboo leaf-Forsythia forsythia "," Bombyx bassiana-Forsythia "," Forsythia forsythia "," Throat pain-menthol "," Throat pain-Forsythia forsythia "," Throat pain-Zhembidium forsythia ";the core drugs are:bamboo leaf,Forsythia forsythia,root,red peony root,Platycodon grandiflorum,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Polygoni.Based on 29 cases of surgical disease,Using 72 herbs,A total of 10 Chinese medicines ≥30% frequency,Among them,High frequency of use were Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Paeoniae rubra,Bombyx bassiana,Glycyrrhiza,Forsythia forsythia,Angelica sinensis,loofah ≥50%,Secondly,mulberry branch,mint,salvia miltiorrhiza and so on;Commonly used drugs are "Bombyx bassiana-Fritillaria thunbergii," angelica-red peony," red peony,Fritillaria thunbergii,Fritillaria thunbergii-Bombyx bassiana and other commonly used drug combinations;Common drug associations are: pain-forsythia,Fritillaria thunbergii," pain-silkworm,Forsythia,pain-licorice,Forsythia,Fritillaria thunbergii,Fritillaria thunbergii,Bombyx bassiana "," swollen hard-red peony,Angelica,Fritillaria thunbergii ";Core drug 8,They are: angelica,Forsythia,Loofah,Red peony,Silkworms,Fritillaria thunbergii,Licorice,Mulberry branch.Four Qi sex flat,sex slightly cold,sex cold mainly;Five flavors to bitter,sweet,Xin-based;The main meridian is lung meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian.Conclusion:1.Pay attention to the spleen and stomach,good at resolving phlegm dampness: commonly used poria coing invigorates the spleen and dehumidifies,good at grasping the characteristics of phlegm dampness easily changes heat to hinder qi,and Chang Zuo takes the medicine of clearing heat and regulating qi.2.Combine the attack and tonic medicine,and use the medicine calmly: Bbitter and sweet medicine are used in almost half of all subjects.Bit relieves the pain and sweet tonifying the four qi,and few drugs are used for severe cold and severe fever.
