Systematic Analysis Of Drug Use Regularity Of Professor Xiang Xixiong In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children Based On Ancient And Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform

Objective:Using the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform,data mining is carried out on the first visit case prescription information of Professor Xiang Xixiong’s treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,and summarizing the academic experience and prescription characteristics of Professor Xiang Xixiong,so as to broaden the thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:We colleced the first visit case prescription information of 389 allergic rhinitis patients in children,who was treated in the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hubei Province(Huayuanshan Campus,Phoenix Campus,Guanggu Campus)expert outpatient service by the professor Xiang Xi Xiong from January 2017 to January 2020,the terminology of traditional Chinese medicine in the case was standardized.And then we inputted the information into the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform system.Finally,we explored the regular of Differential Treatment and Prescription Characteristics by using data statistics and analysis functions within the software.Results:1.Most of the children with allergic rhinitis who went to the professor Xiang’s outpatient department were children of pre-school age and school age,of which more boys were than girls,male: female = 1.57:1.2.The distribution of TCM syndromes in children with allergic rhinitis was mainly the syndrome of deficiency cold of lung qi,followed by the syndrome of spleen qi deficiency and the syndrome of hidden heat in the lung.3.The results of frequency statistics showed that 389 prescriptions contained a total of 172 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 7020 times.The top 5 traditional Chinese medicines in frequency were Radix Magnoliae Radix,Almond bitter,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Sutellariae Radix and Perilla Perilla leaf.4.The statistical results of the four natures and five tastes of drugs showed that the four natures of drugs were mainly warm,and the five tastes were mainly bitter and pungent.5.According to the statistical results of channel tropism,among the traditional Chinese medicines used,the most frequent drugs were injected into the lung channel,with the frequency of 5580 times,followed by drugs from the stomach channel and the liver channel.6.The statistical results of drug efficacy showed that traditional Chinese medicine with the effect of removing wind and relieving pain appeared the most frequently,1077 times,followed by relieving the table and dispersing cold,and Clearing Nasal orifices.7.The results of association rules showed that the top 5 drug combinations were seaweed and Campanula sinensis;Jiao hawthorn,Divine Comedy;Pseudostellariae Radix,Fried Atractylodes;Pseudostellariae Radix,Poria cocos;Leaves of loquat.8.The correlation results of drug and syndrome showed that:Professor Xiang’s commonly used prescriptions for treating the syndrome of deficiency cold of lung qi were as follows: adding or subtracting Tongbi Zhike Prescription;adding or subtracting Liujunzi And Yupingfeng Prescription were commonly used for treating the syndrome of spleen qi deficiency;adding or subtracting Maxingshigan Prescription was commonly used for treating the syndrome of hidden heat in the lung.9.Four drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis:(1)Amygdalus apricot,Amygdalus sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Perilla Perilla leaf,Silkworm rigidum,Radix Scutellariae,Angelicae dahuricae,Radix Sophorae,Fructus Xanthii,Acorus gramineus,Radix Polygalae;(2)Fructus Fructus,Fructus Fructus,Fructus Perilla Seed,Woody Butterfly,Hundred Fructus,Loquat Leaves;(3)Cholanthes,Trichosanthis Peel,Dahlia,Saponiae,Saponiae,Fritillaria thunbergii,Kunbu,seaweed;(4)Hook rattan,centipede,cicada slough,Divine Comedy,burnt hawthorn.10.The core drug composition in common prescriptions of professor Xiang Xi Xiong were obtained by the complex network analysis:lily magnolia,angelica dahurica,fructus xanthii,Perilla,bitter almond and rhizoma chuanxiong,radix scutellariae,rhizoma belamcandae,batryticated silkworm,polygala,stone calamus Conclusion:Professor Xiang believes that allergic rhinitis in children is mainly caused by the lungs.The liver,spleen and stomach are also closely related to allergic rhinitis.The most common causes of allergic rhinitis are the attack of wind and cold.In the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,Professor Xiang also pays special attention to the treatment of heat transfer and cough,sputum nucleus and other complications that are easy to occur in the course of rhinitis,so as to improve the quality of life of children.Tongbi Zhike Prescription,which is aimed at the syndrome of deficiency cold of lung qi,is the most frequently used among the prescriptions that professor Xiang uses to treat allergic rhinitis,the core of dr u g s by lily magnolia,angelica dahurica,fructus xanthii,Perilla,bitter almond and rhizoma chuanxiong,radix scutellariae,rhizoma belamcandae,batryticated silkworm,polygala,stone calamus,etc.The Prescription is composed of cold and warm,bitter and bright drugs,and can achieve the effect of dispersing wind and cold,regulating lung and clearing orifices.
