Clinical Observation Of Xiehuang Jiejing Zhixiao Decoction In The Treatment Of Children’s Cough After Infected

Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Through clinical case collection,observe which common pathogen(bacteria,virus,mycoplasma)is most likely to cause post-infection cough,according to the time order of the collected cases,oral administration Xiehuang Jiejing Zhixiao Granules,observe the changes of symptoms of children,so as to determine which common pathogen cough after infection is the best effect,in order to clinical targeted drug use and promotion.Methods:To observe which common pathogens(bacteria,viruses,mycoplasma)are most likely to cause post-infection cough,the first 93 cases collected in clinical chronological order were counted and divided into three groups according to the pathogen name,including 31 cases in bacterial group,31 cases in virus group and 31 cases in mycoplasma group.The three groups were given Xiehuang Jiejing Zhixiao Granules oral treatment,the course of treatment was 10 days,a total of 1 course of treatment.Clinical symptoms,visual analogue score and TCM symptoms were observed in three groups before and after treatment,the changes of symptom score and clinical data were recorded,and the collected data were statistically analyzed through SPSS.25 to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the three groups.Results: The results of this study showed: The results showed that :(1)Case statistics :152 cases were collected through clinical cases,Cough after bacterial infection in46 cases,30 per cent;75 cases of post-infection cough caused by viral infection,49 per cent;Cough after infection caused by mycoplasma infection in 31 cases,The proportion is 21.(2)Cough: after 1 course of treatment,The visual analogue scores of cough in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,Among them,the bacterial and viral groups P=0.873,P>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant;Bacteria and mycoplasma P=0.000,P<0.01,Statistics The virus and mycoplasma groups was 0.000,P<0.01,which was statistically significant.TCM syndrome score: There was statistical difference between the main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.05),the main and secondary symptoms of bacteria group and virus group were lower than that of mycoplasma group,the bacteria group and virus group was 0.98,P<0.05,the bacteria group and mycoplasma group was 0.000,P<0.01,and the virus and mycoplasma group was 0.000,P<0.01,It is statistically significant.(3)Clinical efficacy :8 cases cured in bacterial group,In 12 cases,In 10 cases,One invalid case,The total effective rate is 96.77 per cent;The virus group cured 9 cases,In 11 cases,In 9 cases,One invalid case,The total effective rate is 96.67 per cent;Mycoplasma group cured 3 cases,In 6 cases,In 10 cases,In 12 cases,The total effective rate is 61.29.Among them,bacteria group and virus group P>0.05,The difference was not statistically significant;Bacteria and mycoplasma P<0.01,The difference was statistically significant;Virus group and mycoplasma group P<0.01 The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Clinical virus infection is the most likely to cause cough after infection.2.Xiehuang Jiejing Zhixiao Granules can significantly improve the symptom score of cough and secondary symptoms in children with cough after infection(wind invading lung).The post-infection cough caused by bacterial infection and virus infection is better than that caused by mycoplasma infection.
