Study On Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Depressive Disorder With "tong Du Tiao Zang" Acupuncture Method

Objective: The study aims to observe the treatment of mild to moderate depressive disorder with the "Tong Du Tiao Zang" acupuncture method and sertraline hydrochloride tablets,to observe the clinical efficacy of this acupuncture method on mild to moderate depressive disorder,the characteristics of the onset of action at different time points and the degree of improvement of core factors and anxiety/somatization factors.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was used to randomly divide 72 patients with mild to moderate depressive disorder who met the criteria of intake and discharge into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the acupuncture method of "Tong Du Tiao Zang",once a day;The control group was given oral sertraline hydrochloride tablets,1 tablet each time,once a day.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment,with a total of 6 courses of treatment.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were evaluated before treatment,at 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 6 weeks of treatment.Adverse reactions of acupuncture were recorded at any time.Adverse drug reactions were observed,and SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical processing.The count data used the chi-square test,and the measurement data used the t-test and Wilcoxon rank-sum test.The significance level was judged by P=0.05,and the parameter changes before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of effective rates:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 82.35% and 86.11%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing the HAMD score.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and both methods can effectively reduce the HAMD score.2.Comparison of dynamic time-effects:at 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall curative effect of the treatment group was faster than that of the control group within 4 weeks of treatment;at 6 weeks of treatment,between the groups.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and there was almost no difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups at 6 weeks of treatment.3.Comparison of core factors and anxiety/somatization factors:the scores of HAMD core factors and anxiety/somatization factors in the two groups gradually decreased,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both methods can effectively reduce core factors,Anxiety/Somatization factor score.There was no statistically significant difference between the core factor groups(P>0.05),and the difference between the anxiety/somatization factor groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups had differences in the reduction of anxiety/somatization factor scores.The treatment group is better than the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the total HAMA score between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups could effectively reduce the total HAMA score,and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Observation of adverse reactions:No serious adverse events occurred in the two groups,and the safety of the two methods was good.Conclusion:1.Both the "Tong Du Tiao Zang" acupuncture method and sertraline hydrochloride tablets can effectively treat mild to moderate depressive disorder,reduce HAMD and HAMA scores,and relieve depressive symptoms.There is no significant difference in efficacy between the two methods.2.In the second week of treatment,the "Tong Du Tiao Zang" acupuncture method showed a rapid antidepressant effect,and the curative effect tended to be flat after the fourth week;the antidepressant effect of sertraline hydrochloride tablets was obvious in the 4-6weeks of treatment,and in the 6th week exceeds the "Tong Du Tiao Zang" acupuncture method.However,there is no significant difference in overall efficacy between the two groups.3.There is no significant difference between the two methods in improving the core factors,but in improving anxiety/somatization factors,the "Tong Du Tiao Zang" acupuncture method is better than Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets.4.The "Tong Du Tiao Zang" acupuncture method and sertraline hydrochloride tablets are safe and suitable for clinical use.
