Study On The Advantages Of Naked Eye 3D Thoracoscopy In The Operation Of Pulmonary Space Occupying Lesions

With the rapid development of science and technology,videoassisted thoracoscopic system and related surgical instruments have also developed rapidly.Video assisted thoracoscopy has gone through a process from general definition to high definition,from high definition to3 D,and from 3D to naked eye 3D.Up to now,naked eye 3D video assisted thoracoscopy technology has been applied in clinic.The purpose of this paper is to find out the advantages of naked eye 3D thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of lung space occupying lesions,and to compare and analyze the key indicators such as intraoperative blood loss,operation time,intraoperative nail warehouse usage,recurrence rate,lung resection range,drainage time,drainage volume,postoperative hospital time.Methods: from September 2018 to October 2020,patients with pulmonary space occupying lesions in the Department of thoracic surgery of Heilongjiang General Hospital of agricultural reclamation were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the study group and 60 cases in the control group.Because the two groups had the same surgical methods,but there were different problems of thoracoscopic instruments,so the two groups were performed with non-intubation anesthesia and lung ventilation during the operation.The study group used naked eye 3D thoracoscopy,and the control group used ordinary thoracoscopy.The two groups were operated with the cooperation of the same anesthesiologist and the same operator.The intraoperative blood loss and the use of nail bin were recorded and observedThe operation time was recorded at the end of the operation,the drainage time,thoracic drainage volume and histopathological results were recorded after the operation,and the time required for patients to stay in hospital after discharge was recorded for comparative study.Results: the operation process is smooth.Compared with conventional thoracoscopic surgery,naked eye 3D thoracoscopic technology can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,save the use of intraoperative nail bin,relieve the postoperative chest drainage,reduce the postoperative hospital time,recover smoothly,no serious postoperative complications,no perioperative deaths,postoperative FEV1(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)(i.e.do the maximum after deep inspiration)The difference of FEV1(%)before operation was statistically significant.All patients discharged smoothly.There were no complications such as hemorrhage,atelectasis,encapsulated pleural effusion,bronchopleural fistula and chylothorax during the postoperative and 3-month follow-up period.Conclusion: compared with conventional thoracoscopic surgery,naked eye 3D thoracoscopic surgery has certain advantages in intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative nail bin use,postoperative hospital time,postoperative thoracic drainage,postoperative FEV1 /preoperative FEV1(%).
