Objective:To analyze the clinicopathological results of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy specimens, and to investigate the diagnostic value of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of pulmonary space occupying lesions. Methods:The pathological diagnosis of 135 specimens of CT guided lung biopsy,of which 129 cases of the concentrations of serum tumor markers(CEA?CYFRA21-1?NSE?CAl25?SCC)were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The diagnosis rate of 135 specimens of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy was 91.1%,there were 103 cases of malignant lesions and 20 cases of benign lesions. The positive rates of NSE?CEA?CYFRA21-1 in the lung cancer were 26.6%?46.8%?67.0% respectively, which was higher than NSE?CEA?CYFRA21-1 in the benign lesions(0%?5.6%?11.1%)(P?0.05),respectively.Both showed significant increasing gradient. The positive rates of TFF-1?CK7 and NapsinA were 85.7%?81.0% and 78.6% in 42 cases of lung adenocarcinoma, respectively, which was higher than p63(14.3%)(P ?0.05),respectively.The positive rates of p63 were 90.0% in 20 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma, which was higher than TFF-1?CK7 and NapsinA(10.0%?15.0%?5.0%)(P?0.05),respectively.Both showed significant increasing gradient. Conclusion:Combination of pathological of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy specimen with lung tumor makers can improve the sensitivity and accuracy rate of diagnosis of early stage lung cancer.Pathological results are useful to identify the pathologic category of lung tumor.
