| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoke Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia(Qi and Yin deficiency with phlegm and stasis syndrome),and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety.To provide a feasible treatment method and theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with insomnia.Methods: 72 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups:control group and treatment group,36 patients in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy,Xiaoke Anshen prescription combined with acupuncture treatment,the control group was given Estezolam tablets,the treatment time was 4 weeks.The changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),TCM syndrome score,blood glucose(fasting and 2 hours postprandial venous blood glucose)and Hb A1 c before and after treatment were monitored in the two groups.Comprehensive statistical analysis of each index,draw a conclusion.Results :(1)In terms of Pittsburgh sleep scores,the PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the total PSQI scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.01),with statistical significance.(2)the integration of traditional Chinese medicine,upset,insomnia,bosom frowsty,often new,god fatigue symptoms improved obviously,(P < 0.01),the disease is thirsty to drink,belching,five upset hot,stool stem node symptoms improved significantly(P < 0.01),the control group only upset wakefulness,improved(P < 0.05),treatment group god effect of fatigue,thirsty to drink symptoms than the control group obviously improved(P < 0.01),there was a significant statistical significance,upset,insomnia,bosom,frowsty,often new,five upset hot symptoms than the control group improved(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Compared with the control group,the improvement of belching and dry stool was not significant(P > 0.05),which showed no statistical significance.(3)In terms of blood glucose,the fasting and postprandial blood glucose in the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,while the Hb A1 c in the control group showed no significant change before and after treatment(P >0.05).The blood glucose in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.01),which was statistically significant.(4)Safety:No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment process of patients in the two groups,and no abnormal safety observation indicators were found.Conclusion:The combination of Xiaoke Anshen prescription and acupuncture can improve the symptoms of patients,improve the sleep quality and prolong the sleep time of patients,and is conducive to the control of blood sugar,thus delaying the occurrence and development of diabetes complications and improving the quality of life of patients.This method is safe,effective and has a wide application prospect.It is worth popularizing and further study. |
