Objective:By observing the changes of spastic paralysis in patients with spastic paralysis before and after abdominal acupuncture or ordinary body acupuncture treatment,to clarify the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of spastic paralysis in the sequela stage of cerebral infarction, and to explore its possible mechanism,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease and improve the clinical cure rate. Methods:The main results are as follows:(1)Eighty patients with spastic paralysis in the sequela stage of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).(2)before receiving treatment, the patients in each group were evaluated by spasticity grade, clinical spasticity index, motor ability of affected limb and ability of daily living, and recorded.(3)the changes of vital signs and the occurrence of adverse reactions of acupuncturewe reobserved in the two groups during each acupuncture process, and if so,they should be dealt with quickly in order to ensure the safety of the patients. One course of treatment was 5 days, and the rest was 2 days a week. After four cour ses of treatment, the changes of spasticity grade, clinical spasticity index, motorability of affected limbs and activities of daily living were observed and recorded.(4)after the end of the experiment, the data were sorted out and inputted, and the SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and the research conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)the total curative effect of the treatment group and the control group was 85.00% and 62.50% respectively, and the difference between the total effective rate and clinical effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)there was significant difference in the grade of spasm between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and after treatment, the grade of spasm in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)there were significant differences in clinical spasticity index, motor ability of affect edlimbs and activities of daily living between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical spasticity index in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the motor ability and activities of daily living of the affected limbs in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion:The main results are as follows:(1)the therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture on spastic paralysis in the sequela stage of cerebral infarction is better than that of body acupuncture.(2)in terms of total effective rate, the two methods can reduce the grading of spasm, but the therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture is better than that of body acupuncture.(3)abdominal acu puncture can significantly improve the grade of spasticity, clinical spasticity index, activities of daily living and motor ability of affected limbs.(4)there was no obvious abnormality in body temperature, blood pressure, respiration and heart rate before and after treatment, and there was no obvious discomfort or adverse reaction in the course of treatment, which indicated that abdominal acupuncture was safe and reliable in the treatment of this disease.
