| Objective: 1.Take the infertility chapter of Fu Qingzhu Nüke as the main research object,comprehensively summarize Fu Shan’s academic thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility,so as to provide a theoretical basis for modern Chinese medicine scholars to study and treat infertility in clinical or scientific research;2.Systematically evaluate the relevant literature on Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction in recent20 years,understand the research trend of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction in recent 20 years,and find the advantages and disadvantages in the current research,so as to provide literature reference for scholars to study Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction in the future.Methods:1.Academic thought.By searching and carefully reading a large number of relevant books and textbooks,we can deeply understand the syndrome differentiation of Zang Fu organs,syndrome differentiation of Qi and blood,the theory of five elements,the meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine and other relevant contents,master the theoretical basis,take the infertility chapter of Fu Qingzhu Nüke as the main research object,systematically sort out Fu Shan’s dialectical thinking and treatment characteristics of infertility,and summarize Mr.Fu Shan’s academic thought of infertility treatment.Using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)and Excel software,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the use frequency,four Qi,five flavor,meridian tropism and dosage of traditional Chinese medicine used in the infertility chapter of Fu Qing’s main female department,so as to analyze the medication law of Fu Shan in the treatment of infertility,and discuss the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and the compatibility of prescriptions in his treatment of infertility;2.Bibliometrics.The electronic search was used to collect the relevant literature on Yangjing Zhongyu decoction from2002 to 2021(the search databases are China journal full text database(CNKI),Wanfang journal database,VIP journal database and readshow database respectively).The literature was screened according to the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria to obtain the original data,Bradford’s law is used to extract the information such as the number of documents issued in the year,document type,organization distribution and journal type of the included documents,and establish a database.The metrological characteristics of the included documents are analyzed with Excel software to explore the law of document distribution.Results:1.Academic thought.In terms of TCM etiology of infertility,Fu Shan believes that the main reason for infertility is that the normal physiological function of Zang Fu organs can not be played normally,and the inability of pulse to play its physiological function normally is an important reason for infertility.In terms of treatment,Fu Shan flexibly uses the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine such as the restraint of five elements and the eight odd meridians to regulate the viscera and the eight odd meridians,so as to better help women get pregnant and conceive the fetus.At the same time,he attaches great importance to the management of physical quality,emphasizes the need to regulate sexual life,maintain a happy mood and change the character of jealousy,These are very important for women’s pregnancy and pregnancy.Fu Shan uses traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility,attaches great importance to the dosage,processing method and compatibility of drugs,and likes to use tonic drugs most.His drug properties are very peaceful,pays attention to strengthening health,and uses less traditional Chinese medicine for astringency,catharsis and evil elimination.Fu Shan is good at using the classic prescriptions handed down by the previous stream of people and uses them flexibly with the changes of his condition.The ten prescriptions for the treatment of infertility are all new prescriptions created by him.Fu Shan’s ten prescriptions for the treatment of infertility have rigorous logic and clear primary and secondary priorities.The principle of formula formation contains the theory of combining dynamic and static and combining hardness and softness.2.Bibliometrics.In the past 20 years,the number of documents about Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction showed a fluctuating upward trend.The number of documents in different years fluctuated greatly,with the largest number in 2014 and a slight decline in the past five years,but the overall trend was still upward.At present,colleges and universities are the main carrier of document issuing institutions in Yangjing Zhongyu decoction.The types of literature source journals are mainly ordinary journals,and the research literature accounts for a high proportion.Conclusion: 1.Fu Shan learned from the shallower to the deeper knowledge of many Chinese medicine predecessors,inherited their thoughts,but made innovations.He extracted the essence of their thoughts based on many previous Chinese medicine predecessors.Each chapter in Fu Qing’s master’s gynecology department is a type of infertility,and fully applies the basic theories of Chinese medicine.From symptoms to diseases,we first discuss the etiology,and then discuss the treatment rules and medication.It has clear layers,simple and simple,detailed syndrome differentiation,rigorous logic,and the prescriptions and medication are very effective,forming a very distinctive academic thought of Fu’s treatment of infertility;2.In recent years,many scholars in China have studied Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction on a certain scale,but the level and depth of the research are not enough.The institutions that publish the literature are very scattered,the level of researchers is uneven,and there is little cooperation among research institutions.On the whole,the quality and level of the relevant literature found need to be further improved.The research on the mechanism of Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction in the treatment of infertility is a research hotspot at this stage,while the amount of literature published on pharmacological experiments,quality standards and clinical use safety of drugs is relatively small,and there is also a large part of vacancy in the basic research on the theoretical analysis,clinical application summary and expansion of Yangjing Zhongyu decoction,Therefore,we can take this research as the starting point to conduct a more in-depth study on the application,inheritance and development of Yangjing Zhongyu decoction. |
