The Study On The Application Effect Of Tongluo Scraping Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation In Patients With Peripheral Facial Paralysis During Recovery Period

Objective:This subject uses Tongluo Scraping combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to carry out nursing intervention for patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the recovery period,aiming to explore the clinical nursing effect,provide safe and effective nursing methods for patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the recovery period,and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:Patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were in the recovery period in the outpatient and inpatient department of a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.Based on the principle of randomized control,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups.There are 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine fumigation and nursing,and the observation group was combined with Tongluo Scraping on the basis of the control group.Select acupuncture points on the face and neck(Cuanzhu-Yangbai-Sizhukong;Dicang-Cheekche-Xiaguan;Bilateral Yifeng-Fengchi)and Hegu points for dredging and scraping.Once a day,5 times a week,a total of 4 weeks of intervention.Observe the facial nerve function grading and facial disability index scores of the two groups before intervention,2 weeks after intervention and 4 weeks after intervention,and evaluate the efficacy based on clinical symptoms.Results:1.Before the intervention,the two groups of Patients were compared in gender,age,time of illness,lesion side,House-Brackmann grading scale,The Facial Disability Index,(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference,the two groups of Patients are comparable.2.Comparison of House-Brackmann grading scale: The House-Brackmann grading scale of the two groups of Patients after two weeks of intervention and four weeks after intervention was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05).After two weeks of intervention and four weeks after the intervention,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05)compared with the control group’s House-Brackmann grading scale,both of which were statistically different.3.Comparison of The Facial Disability Index: The facial disability index scale scores of the two groups of Patients before the intervention,two weeks after the intervention,and four weeks after the intervention were repeated measurement analysis of variance.The facial disability Physical function scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before the intervention High(P<0.05),the social life function score of facial disability was significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference.4.Comparison of recovered Patients in each course of treatment and the number of days of recovery: After treatment,there were 21 recovered Patients in the observation group and 13 recovered Patients in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of cured Patients in each course of treatment(P>0.05).The treatment days needed for recovery between the two groups were compared(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group is96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 90.00%.There is no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the recovery rate of the observation group is 70.00%,and the control group is cured The rate was 43.33%,and the cure rate between the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongluo scraping and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the facial symptoms of patients with peripheral facial paralysis during the recovery period,improve the classification of facial nerve function,reduce the facial disability index,promote the recovery of facial nerve function,and shorten the clinical course.It has high safety and is worthwhile Promote and apply in the clinic.
