Huatan Tongluo Decoction For Cerebral Small Vessel Cognitive Impairment Of Phlegm-blood Stasis Obstruction Sensory Orifices Syndrome

Objective:Aimed at the observation and comparision of the clinical effects of Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablet and Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablet alone on CSVCI with phlegm-blood stasis obstruction Sensory Orifices syndrome.Methods:A number of 72 patients who were diagnosed of the criteria of NDF,was chosen in this examination.They were divided into two experimental group,one was provided with routine treatment + Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablet + Huatan Tongluo Decoction,the oher was provided with routine treatment + Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablet,according to the 1:1 randomly grouping by table of random number.With the situation of no significant statistical difference between the two groups above,we gathered the precise data of TCM syndrome integral scale,MMSE,MOCA and ADL tables of patients at two poirots in time.After treatment 4 weeks and 12 weeks were observed and analyzed to illustrate whether there were different between the experimental group and the control group,and whether there were problems such as the relationship between efficacy and course of treatment.Result:There were 4 cases of shedding.As a result,the final eredible cases are 68 in number.33 experimental and 35 control group.1.Guaranteeing no statistical different between this two groups in baseline data,both two groups scores of all scales after 4 weeks of treatment were improved,P<0.05.We consider it is a difference between the two groups in statistics,the experimental group is better than the other.Statistical analysis shows that after 12 weeks,the scores of each scale in two group were far reaching improvements.So inspection in TCM syndrome integral quantization,MMSE,MOCA,P<0.05.The curative effect of the experimental group was more significant than the control group.But in ADL,P﹥0.05.There was no difference between these two groups.From the numerical observation,we still think that these two group both can improve the symptoms.2.Pairwise comparison within each group,we observe the precise data of TCM syndrome integral scale,MMSE,MOCA and ADL tables,P<0.05.It is considered that all the drugs studied can improve the clinical efficacy of SCVCI patients with phlegm stasis obstructing orifices.3.From the course of treatment and curative effect,we found that after 12 weeks of treatment is more significant than that after 4 weeks.It is considered that there is a positive correlation between the curative effect and the course of treatment in a certain period of time.4.In observation of the curative effect of TCM.The experimental group,curing 0cases,markedly effect 1 cases,effect 26 cases and ineffect 6 cases.In the control group,there were 0 cases were cuerd and remarkabled,effect 11 cases and ineffect 24 cases.The total effective of experimental group reaches 81.82%,and control group reaches 31.42%.It shows that TCM has great efficiency with CSVCI patients.Conclusion:Huatan Tongluo Decoction can not only improve the degree of cognitive impairment and behavior ability of SCVCI patients,but also relieve the discomfort symptoms of these patients,such as headache,abdominal distension,dark complexion and other discomfort symptoms.
