Correlation Research Among TCM Syndrome Types And Pathological Types Of Gastric Polyps

Objective:To study the distribution of TCM syndromes of different pathological types of gastric polyps,explore the correlation between the pathological types of gastric polyps and TCM syndromes,and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of gastric polyps formation and carcinogenesis with the combination of prescriptions and syndromes.Methods:observing 513 patients with gastric polyps in Shanxi Hospital of TCM and Hospital of Shanxi University of TCM from 2019 to 2020,two traditional Chinese medicine experts,who are at least the deputy chief physician,assessed the TCM syndrome type,combined with the gastroscopic manifestations and histopathological characteristics of the patients Statistical analysis of the correlation between pathological types of gastric polyps and TCM syndrome types Results:1.Among the 513 patients,81 were inflammatory polyps,105 were hyperplastic polyps,286 were gastric glandular polyps,and 41 were adenomatous polyps.2.By differentiation of symptoms and signs,191 cases of liver-stomach discordance syndrome of 513 patients,162 cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,98 cases of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome,62 cases of damp-heat stasis.3.According to research and analysis,among inflammatory polyps,8 cases of liver-stomach discord,15 cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,57 cases of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome,0 cases of damp-heat stasis;among hyperplastic4.polyps,60 cases of liver-stomach discord There were 31 cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,15 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome,3 cases of damp-heat stasis;among gastric fundus gland polyps,122 cases of liver and stomach discordance,113 cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,and 8 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome.1 case of damp-heat stasis;among adenomatous polyps,1 case of liver-gastric discordance,3 cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,1 case of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome,and 37 cases of damp-heat stasis.5.According to statistical analysis,there are differences in the distribution relationship between pathological types and TCM syndrome types.Among them,inflammatory polyps are more common in the syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,proliferative polyps are more common in liver and stomach disharmony,and adenomatous polyps are more common in damp heat.Stasis type.Conclusion:Based on previous literature studies and the results of this study,it is believed that the pathological types of gastric polyps are related to TCM syndromes.Proliferative polyps are mainly caused by liver and stomach discord,inflammatory polyps are mainly caused by spleen and stomach deficiency and cold,and adenomatous polyps are mainly Mainly damp-heat and stasis syndrome,gastric fundus gland polyps can be found in various syndrome types...
