Mechanism Of Xiaoqinglong Decoction On Immune Imbalance In Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on cough variant asthma and the mechanism of immune imbalance regulation,and to seek its target.Methods:(1)62 cases of patients from November 2019 to September 2020 were collected.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms were scored before and after treatment,and the curative effect was observed after one course of treatment(28 days).The total score,each symptom score and the number of single symptom were further analyzed.(2)The subjects were numbered according to the time of treatment,and 20 patients were selected according to the random number table.The serum T cell subsets and eosinophil count were detected before and after treatment.The course of treatment was 28 days.Statistical analysis was made before and after treatment.Results:the total effective rate of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma was 95.16%.There was a significant difference in the total score of cough,nasal congestion and other symptoms before and after treatment(P < 0.01);there was also a significant difference in the number of cough,nasal congestion,runny nose and food intake before and after treatment(P < 0.05);after treatment,all symptoms were improved and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before and after treatment,the data of the two groups were analyzed by paired t-test,P < 0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference in peripheral blood eosinophil count after treatment,and there was a significant difference in T-cell subsets before and after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion:the modified Xiaoqinglong decoction has a good curative effect on cough variant asthma.The method of internal injury,based on cold drink,is to treat warm cold drink,cough and phlegm.Xiaoqinglong decoction can effectively reduce the eosinophil count in peripheral blood,improve the cellular immune function of patients,and achieve the effect of treating cough variant asthma.No adverse side effects,high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
