Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Children With Cough Variant Asthma(Wind Chill Attack Lung Syndrome) By Gouteng Yinzi And Xiaoqinglong Decoction

Objective: Through the systematic observation of the clinical efficacy of Gouteng Yinzi and Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of children's cough variant asthma(wind chill attacks the lung syndrome),the effectiveness of this prescription in the treatment of children's cough variant asthma was analyzed,and the clinical mechanism and prescription effect of this prescription in the treatment of children's cough variant asthma were preliminarily discussed.Method: 70 cases of cough variant asthma with wind-cold attacking lung syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with35 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Gouteng Yinzi and Xiaoqinglong decoction.The control group was treated with xiaoerzhi-xiaoling tablet,the course of treatment was 14 days.The scores of the two groups were compared within and between the groups,and the clinical effects of Gouteng Yinzi and Xiaoqinglong decoction were studied by statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and 82.35%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms(daytime cough and nighttime cough)in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving daytime cough and nighttime cough.3.After treatment,the scores of the single episodes(clear phlegm,sneezing,nasal congestion,and runny nose)of the two groups of children were compared,and the results were statistically significant in terms of the three episodes of phlegm,sneezing,and runny nose(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group inimproving sputum clearing,sneezing and runny nose.There was no statistically significant difference in nasal congestion syndrome(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were equivalent in improving nasal congestion.4.After treatment,the onset time of the two groups of children was significantly different(P<0.01),indicating that the onset time of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.5.The total effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and 82.35%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The therapeutic effect of Gouteng Yinzi and Xiaoqing-long decoction on children with cough variant asthma(wind chill attack lung syndrome)is better than that of children with xiaoerzhixiaoling tablet.2.Gouteng Yinzi and Xiaoqinglong decoction can improve the symptoms and signs of cough-variant asthma(wind chill attack lung syndrome)in children,relieve cough during the day and cough at night,as well as phlegm,sneezing,nasal congestion and runny nose.3.Gouteng Yinzi and Xiaoqinglong decoction treatment of cough variant asthma(wind chill attack lung syndrome)has a faster onset time and a lower recurrence rate.
