Meta Analysis Of System Review Of Acute Glomerular Nephritis Treated With Prescription The MaHuang

Objective:Through meta-analysis,the effectiveness and safety of Chinese Herbal Medicine(CHM)Mahuang treatment of Acute Glomerur Nephritis were evaluated,which provided a theoretical basis for the follow-up to the prospective study of ephedrine treatment of Acute Glomerur Nephritis.Methods:Using evidence-based medicine method,the Randomized Controlled Trial(RCT)research literature of Acute Glomerur Nephritis was retrieved from Chinese Herbal Medicine Mahuang at home and abroad.Quality evaluation of included literature,using Revman 5.3 software for meta-analysis,the selection of the effect model is based on heterogeneity test results,and the relative risk RR or mean difference is chosen to represent the final effect indicator,all represented by a 95% confidence interval.Results:A total of 28 documents were included,involving 1494 subjects.1.In terms of total efficiency,The Chinese Herbal Medicine Mahuang were treated in the western medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,The overall effect value P<0.05 of the RR=1.23,95% confidence interval(-2.98,-1.43)is statistically significant.2.In terms of blood pressure returning to normal on average,The Chinese Herbal Medicine Mahuang were treated in the western medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,The overall effect value P<0.05 of the RR=-2.21,95%confidence interval(-2.98,-1.43)is statistically significant.3.In terms of the average time for edema to subside,The Chinese Herbal Medicine Mahuang were treated in the western medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,The RR=-2.34,95% confidence interval is-2.61,-2.08,and the overall effect value P<0.05 indicates statistical significance.4.In terms of the average time it takes for blood urine to subside,The Chinese Herbal Medicine Mahuang were treated in the western medicine treatment group and the Western medicine control group,The overall effect value P<0.05 of the RR=-2.53,95% confidence interval(-3.13,-1.93)is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The Chinese Herbal Medicine Mahuang side combined with Western medicine treatment group for Acute Glomerur Nephritis has a therapeutic effect.The combined Western Medicine group of Chinese Medicine is more efficient than that of the western Medicine group alone.2.The average time of edema of Chinese Medicine group than that of Western Medicine group in acute edema,the average time of hemodialysis,and the average time of normal return of blood pressure are low。3.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of Acute Glomerur Nephritis combination with The Chinese Medicine.4.Due to the low quality of the included literature and the existence of a certain bias,TCM prescription Ma Huang treatment needs to improve the quality of literature research,effectiveness and safety still need clinical multi-center,large samples,doubleblind randomized controlled trials need to be further standardized in future studies,in order to provide a higher level of evidence-based basis for clinical applications.
