Clinical Observation Of Yangxin Pingmai Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Tachyarrhythmia(Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangxin pingmai Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia(Qi and yin deficiency syndrome).This paper summarizes the compatibility of Yiqi Yangyin prescription and its syndrome differentiation and treatment,hoping to provide new clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.Methods:60 patients with coronary heart disease and tachyarrhythmia of Qi and yin deficiency were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the two groups were routinely treated with antiplatelet aggregation,lipid-lowering and stable plaque,crown expansion and other basic treatment.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate twice a day,12.5mg/time.The treatment group was treated with Yangxin pingmai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 7 days for 4 courses.The main clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups,the monitoring results of 12 lead electrocardiogram,24-hour electrocardiogram before and after treatment,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale,Seattle scale before and after treatment,and the adverse drug reactions during treatment were observed.The clinical effects were analyzed and compared by statistical methods.Results:1.Before treatment,here was no statistical significance in age,gender,medical history,disease course,type of arrhythmia,TCM syndrome score,Seattle Angina scale score,QT interval dispersion of electrocardiogram,SDNN index of heart rate variability between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of total efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment:After 4weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 40.00%,and the total effective rate was 86.667%;The markedly effective rate of the control group was 20.00%,and the total effective rate was 60.00%.And the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P = 0.018,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores:After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the control group and the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,P < 0.01,with statistical significance.At the same time,after 4 weeks of treatment,the total symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.4.24 h Holter:After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 66.67%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%;In the control group,the markedly effective rate was 13.33%,and the total effective rate was 46.67%.It was found that the24-hour Holter of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.Heart rate variability index comparison:After 4 weeks of treatment,the SDNN of heart rate variability index in the control group and the treatment group were significantly increased compared with before treatment,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.And after 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the SDNN of the treatment group increased significantly,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.6.Seattle Angina scale score comparison:After 4 weeks of treatment,the Seattle Angina score of the control group and the treatment group were improved,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.And after 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.7.12 lead ECG curative effect comparison:After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 36.667%,and the total effective rate was 76.667%;In the control group,the markedly effective rate was 13.333%,the total effective rate was50.000%,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.8.Comparison of QT interval dispersion:After 4 weeks of treatment,QTd in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group before treatment,P <0.01,the difference was statistically significant.And after 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the decrease of QTd in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.9.During the treatment,the condition of the two groups were relatively stable,with good safety,and no adverse reactions and serious side effects were found.Conclusion:Yangxin pingmai decoction has the function of Supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and dredging pulse.Yangxin pingmai decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia(Qi and yin deficiency syndrome)has significant clinical effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
