| Objective:By observing the changes of the indexes before and after treatment, the clinical effects of Yangxin Dingtong decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease were evaluated, and its clinical value and safety were explored for further promotion. Methods: Seventy-two inpatients and outpatients who were diagnosed with stable angina pectoris in Western medicine and who met the Chinese medicine evidence of qi deficiency and blood stasis were recruited between January 2022 and December 2022 at the Department of Cardiology,Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the ratio of 1:1,72 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group;the control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with the addition of Yangxin Dingtong decoction on the basis of the control group;the treatment course was 4 weeks. The changes of TCM symptoms and efficacy,ECG efficacy, blood lipid level and SAQ score were observed before and after treatment in both groups, and safety and adverse effects were monitored.IBM SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis and processing. Results:Overall efficacy: 91.67% total effective rate in the treatment group and 52.77%total effective rate in the control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Chinese medicine symptoms score: The Chinese medicine symptoms score decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).However,the degree of decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.01).ECG efficacy: The total effective rate of ECG improvement in the treatment group was72.22%,compared with the total effective rate of 42.22% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Blood lipid levels: After treatment, the blood lipid levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups showed a significant decrease compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of HDL-C increased between the two groups(P<0.01),but the difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment and control groups(P>0.05).SAQ score: PL,AS,AF,TS and DS scores improved after treatment in both regimens compared to before, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment group scored significantly better than the control group in all indicators, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety: Patients in both groups had stable vital signs before and after treatment, and no abnormalities were found in blood, liver function, kidney function, urine and stool routine. There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the trial. Conclusion: It was found that the combination of Yang Xin Ding Xin Tang and Western medicine was safe and effective in treating stable angina pectoris in qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease, which could reduce the TCM evidence score, improve the patient’s angina pectoris-related symptoms and ECG performance, and improve the patient’s quality of life. |
