Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, and exploring the mechanism of the treatment,It shows that the curative effect of acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points is better than that of western medicine group. Methods: The 62 subjects with allergic rhinitis who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,31 cases in each,1 case in each treatment group and control group,30 cases in each, and the treatment group was given Acupuncture treatment at cervical Jiaji points, once a day,10 times as a course of treatment. The control group was given oral loratadine(10mg)treatment,once a day,10 days as a course of treatment. All were treated for 1 course, followed up in the first and second months after treatment, and recorded the nasal symptom score(TNSS),concomitant symptom score(TNNSS),and quality of life questionnaire related to rhinoconjunctivitis before and after treatment and during follow-up.(RQLQ)and changes in serum total IgE,comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Use SPSS25.0 for statistical data analysis.Results:1.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were86.67% and 73.33%,respectively.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points was higher than that of the western medicine group.2.The comparison of TNSS score,TNNSS score and RQLQ score before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the comparison was strong. The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods can improve the symptoms and quality of life of AR patients. After treatment, the scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of follow-up in the first and second months after treatment in the treatment group were not statistically significant compared with those after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group could last for 2 months. The scores of the control group in the first month and the second month of follow-up were statistically significant compared with those after the treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the control group gradually decreased from 1 month after treatment. The scores of the treatment group and the control group for 1 month and 2 months follow-up were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The comparison of the total serum IgE between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the comparison was strong. The comparison of the total serum IgE between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two methods are effective in improving the total serum IgE of the patients. After treatment, the comparison of total serum IgE between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum total IgE of the treatment group at the first and second months after treatment was not statistically significant compared with that after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points can continue to improve the serum total IgE of patients with AR 2 months. In the control group, the total serum IgE at the first and second months of follow-up after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that oral loratadine can improve serum total IgE in AR patients from 1 after treatment. The month began to fade gradually. The total serum IgE of the treatment group and the control group was followed up for 1 month and 2 months with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at neck Jiaji points has a significant effect on allergic rhinitis.Compared with oral loratadine,it can effectively improve the patient’s nasal symptoms, nasal symptoms and quality of life.2.Acupuncture at cervical Jiaji points can reduce the patient’s total serum IgE,with good long-term curative effect.
