Clinicalobservation Of Accpoint Strickingtherapy On Treating Subclinical Hypathy Raidism Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of the accpoint stricking therapy on treating Subclinical Hypathy raidism of Spleen-kidney yang deficiency.To study the effect of early intervention on Subclinical Hypathy,which can reduce the incidence of hypothyroidiem,the abnormal lipid metabolosm,and risk of cardiovascular system.It improves the value of TCM clinic.Methods The study was performed on 60 patients with Subclinical Hypathy,who was from departents of acupuncture and moxibustion of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and was randomdly divided into 2 groups by means of random number table,which divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 as well.Accpoint stricking and thyroxin tablet were administered in patients of treatment group,while only the latter given in control group.At the end of treatment,Observation of clinical curative effect of TCM symptoms,the level of thyriod and blood lipid between two groups pre and post treatment.Results 1 Compared with the TSH levels within the group,the TSH index of both groups after treatment was lower than before treatment;between the groups,there was no significant difference between the FT3 and FT4(P>0.05);the level of TSH,the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05);2 The indexes of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)in the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05);3 The TCM symptoms score of two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.01);4 On the aspect of TCM Syndrome snd Clinical Efficacy,the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Conclusions The therapy of accpoint stricking has a significant curative effect on Subclinical Hypathy(TSH>10.0m U/L).The method have value of popularization and application.
