User Risk Identification And Preventive Measures Of "Everyone Traditional Chinese Medicine" APP Of Shanghai Baopu Company

As the future medical development direction,mobile medical apps are springing up in the market.To control the quality of mobile medical app strictly,reduce the risk of APP users,and take risk prevention measures to promote the further development of the platform are the main issues discussed in this paper.The adhesiveness and loyalty of users to mobile medical software determine the future development status of app.It is the key issue that app operators need to pay attention to to to enhance the identification of users’ use risks and formulate relevant specification strategies accordingly.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the risk factors of APP users in the actual use of app.Combining the risk identification theory with the user risk of "everyone traditional Chinese medicine" app,we use the interview method to investigate the risk of the platform,get the risk factors,and then issue a questionnaire to study the risk of software users.Spss20 software was used to make descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis on the risk factors of the above-mentioned research objects,and the following conclusions were drawn:the overall risk analysis of users of "everyone traditional Chinese medicine" platform on the software is divided into "doctor-patient communication","doctor-patient trust","TCM consultation process" and "potential risk".Through the analysis of the risk of using "everyone traditional Chinese medicine" app,we must do the following:(1)strengthen the communication with doctors,the communication between doctors and patients is a two-way behavior,patients should trust doctors,report their feelings to doctors according to the facts,and can’t hide the disease;(2)supervise the construction of online consulting doctor qualification audit,users can need to Ask doctors to show their qualification certificates,and the platform and relevant departments should establish a doctor qualification audit mechanism to ensure that the information of the registered doctors on the platform is true and effective;(3)promote the standardization of the consultation process,establish the online consultation service process and scope of traditional Chinese medicine as soon as possible,and build a complete online consultation system;(4)supervise and improve the scientific supervision system;(5)feedback on product use,and use the product Positive feedback of process problems;(6)strengthen their own capabilities.
