| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of simple obesity of stagnation of stomach heat and spleen by embedding catgut at the Yangming Wuxing acupoint.Methods: A total of 60 qualified clinical cases from the outpatient department were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.Four weeks was a course of treatment,a total of three courses.T-test and rank sum test were used to analyze the TCM symptoms,body weight,waist hip ratio,leg circumference,Body Mass Index,basic metabolism and body fat percentage of the patients before and after treatment,so as to compare and study the therapeutic effect of Yangming Wuxing acupoint catgut embedding on simple obesity and the index changes after the end of follow-up course.Results: 1.Evaluation of total efficacy: The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 82.76% in the control group.The former was obviously higher than the latter(P<0.05).2.Evaluation of the curative effect of TCM syndrome: The therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 96.67%,while that in the control group was 89.66%.The former was obviously higher than the latter(P<0.05).3.Analysis of TCM symptom grading scale: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving obesity,abdominal distention,eat more and starve easily,dry mouth and bitter mouth,upset symptoms(P<0.05).4.Analysis of clinical observation table: the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in terms of body weight,Body Mass Index,waist hip ratio,leg circumference,basic metabolism and body fat percentage(P<0.05).5.Analysis of follow-up data: the effect of treatment group on the index of reducing body weight and body fat percentage was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Yangming Wuxing acupoint catgut embedding and common acupoint catgut embedding have effects on simple obesity of stagnation of stomach heat and spleen,but Yangming Wuxing acupoint catgut embedding is superior to common acupoint catgut embedding in total curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM syndromes,body weight,Body Mass Index,waist hip ratio,leg circumference,basic metabolism and body fat percentage.2.During the follow-up,the effects of Yangming Wuxing acupoint catgut embedding and common acupoint catgut embedding on body weight loss and body fat percentage reduction are partially rebounded,but Yangming Wuxing acupoint catgut embedding has definite and better effect on reducing body weight and body fat percentage. |
