| Objective: Clinical observation of cardiac rehabilitation combined with Yixin Zhuyu Decoction in treating chronic heart failure of qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome curative effect.Methods: Methods 60 cases of chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into three groups: A,B and C,20 cases in each group.A group was given routine western medicine treatment,B group was treated by routine western medicine plus Yixin Zhuyu Decoction,C group was treated by western medicine routine treatment plus Yixin Zhuyu Decoction plus Xin Kang exercise.All of these treatments were hospitalized for 15 days and continued treatment for 15 days after discharge.At the same time,group C was treated with rehabilitation guidance,and the total treatment was 30 days.The patients’ cardiac function,6 minute walking test,quality of life evaluation,LVEF,TCM syndrome score were evaluated before and after the treatment,and the follow-up was half a year.Results: After the completion of treatment,the heart function,the 6 minute walk test,the LVEF,the quality of life evaluation and the TCM syndrome score of the three groups improved significantly compared with those before treatment.The B group was better than the A group,and the C group was better than the two group A and B,and no adverse events occurred during the treatment.Statistical analysis of the three groups before and after treatment and after the treatment of the three groups,the comparison is significant.Follow up for half a year,routine treatment + Yixin Zhuyu Decoction treatment + heart health exercise for the treatment of cardiovascular events did not occur,no longer in patients;routine treatment group and routine treatment of Western medicine + Yixin Zhuyu Decoction treatment group were 8 cases and 3 cases of cardiovascular events and readmission.Conclusion: Combination of Xin Kang exercise and Yixin Zhuyu decoction is effective and safe in treating chronic heart failure,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improving left ventricular ejection fraction,improving cardiac function,improving exercise tolerance and quality of life. |
