Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Prevention And Treatment Of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding After Placement Of LNG-IUS

Objective:For patients who have abnormal uterine bleeding after clinical placement of LNG-IUS,we use the method of nourishing Yin and removing heat to prevent and cure Yin-deficiency and dampness-heat bleeding in clinical study.By summarizing and analying the clinical effects and safety of Yinhua Miyanling tablet combined with Bao Gongxue granules in preventing and treating the abnormal bleeding after LNG-IUS placement,we explore its possible mechanism of action.Methods:In this study,60 patients with yin deficiency and damp-heat type placed with LNG-IUS were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with Baogong Zhixue granule,while the experimental group was treated with Yinhua Miyanling tablet.The hemostatic time,the curative effect of regulating menstruation,the integral of TCM syndrome and the comprehensive clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this treatment.Results:(1)Clinical comprehensive effect:the total effective rate of the test group was 97%,and that of the control group was 77%.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Hemostatic effect:the total effective rate of the test group was 93%,and that of the control group was 80%.After treatment,the bleeding time of the test group was significantly shortened,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)The curative effect of regulating menstruation:the total effective rate of the test group was 90%,and that of the control group was 80%.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)The curative effect of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of the test group was 90%,and that of the control group was 73%.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)In the process of clinical application,there is no side effects and other adverse reactions related to the select.Conclusion:Yinhua Miyanling tablet combined with Baogong Zhixue granule can effectively prevent and treat abnormal yin-deficiency and damp-heat type uterine bleeding after placement of Manyuele.It has a good effect of regulating menstruation and overall regulation without obvious adverse reaction.
