Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Qingre Granule In The Treatment Of Premenstrual(Yin Deficiency And Blood-Heat Syndrome)

Objective:The main purpose of this study is to study the clinical application of Ziyin Qingre granules in patients with premenstrual(Yin deficiency and blood-heat syndrome),observe the change of symptom integral of Ziyin Qingre granules in patients with premenstrual,so as to judge the effect of Ziyin Qingre granules in practical application,and provide a treatment scheme with good effect and reference for the diagnosis and treatment of premenstrual.Methods:In this study,72 cases of premenstrual Yin deficiency and blood-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.However,due to objective reasons,5 case fell off during the experiment,including 2 cases in the treatment group,34 cases in the actual,given self-designed Ziyin Qingre Granules,3 cases in the control group,33 cases in the actual,Baogong Zhixue Granules were given.Both groups began to take medicine 15 days later.After three courses of treatment,stop taking medicine,observe the improvement of their symptoms,and use statistical methods to evaluate.Results:After three courses of treatment,34 cases in treatment group(self-designed Ziyin Qingre Granules)were cured,5 cases were cured,accounting for 14.71%;20 cases were effective,accounting for 58.82%;4 cases were effective,accounting for 11.76%;5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 14.71%;the total effective rate was 85.29%.In the control group(Baogong Zhixue Granule),33 cases were cured,3 cases were cured,accounting for 9.09%;8cases were effective,accounting for 24.24%,16 cases were effective,accounting for 48.48%;6 cases were ineffective,accounting for 18.18%;the total effective rate were 81.82%.It shows that self-designed Ziyin Qingre Granules has a better clinical effect than Baogong Zhixue Granule in the treatment of premenstrual(Yin deficiency and blood-heat syndrome).After treatment,34 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group were treated with Baogong Zhixue Granules.The results were statistically significant,which showed that both drugs could improve the symptoms of early menstruation(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome).Although the two drugs can improve the clinical symptoms of thepremenstrual period(yin deficiency and blood heat syndrome),the analysis of the curative effect of the two groups of patients after treatment shows that the improvement of menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and menstrual color of the patients taking the self-made Ziyin Qingre granules is significantly better than that of the patients taking Baogong Zhixue Granules,which is statistically significant,indicating that the self-made Ziyin Qingre granules can improve the symptoms of the three groups The improvement of main symptoms was better than Baogong Zhixue Granules.The patients who used Ziyin Qingre granules had better clinical effect than Baogong Zhixue Granules in the improvement of the three secondary symptoms of five heart trouble heat,short urine yellow and dry stool.Conclusion:The curative effect of self-designed Ziyin Qingre Granule in the treatment of premenstrual(yin deficiency and blood-heat syndrome)is reliable,and the improvement of the symptoms of menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color,five heart trouble,safe and convenient to carry,which can be used for clinical treatment.
