The Clinical Effect Of Clearing Heat,Quenching Wind And Clearing Collaterals In The Treatment Of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Purpose: Using Chinese medicine medicinal broth uncaria drink and therapeutic effects of gastrodia elata tonga,observe the heat extinguish wind t2 dm method before and after treatment the clinical curative effect and treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients in TCM syndrome integral and visual analog pain(VAS)score changes,provide new train of thought for the clinical therapy of primary trigeminal neuralgia,giving full play to the advantages of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 76 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the department of encephalopathy of weifang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Control group to carbamazepine routine therapy,the control group in the conventional treatment on the basis of add to heat extinguish wind t2 dm is method of gastrodia elata uncaria drink or therapeutic tonga subtraction medicinal broth of traditional Chinese medicines,to observe the curative effect of two groups before and after treatment,Chinese medicine symptom integral and visual analog pain(VAS)score changes,using SPSS22.0 statistical software analysis all the data.Results: No studies were lost during the study,and data of 76 patients were finally counted,including 38 patients in the control group and 38 patients in the treatment group.There was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom score and visual analogue pain(VAS)score between the two groups in gender,age,height,family history In terms of TCM symptom score after 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.60%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.57% and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.10% in terms of visual analogue pain(VAS)score After 1 month of follow-up,in terms of TCM symptom integral,control group total effective rate was 86.80%,treatment group total effective rate was 97.30%,in the visual analog pain(VAS),control group total effective rate was 89.47%,treatment group total effective rate was97.36%,both by Mann-Whitny inspection analysis between the two way P <0.05,suggesting that the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group two groups of patients before treatment in TCM symptom score was no significant difference,between the treatment group after 1month of follow-up after 3 weeks than P values were 0.0430.028(P < 0.05),two groups of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in reducing symptoms integral have differences,and in the follow-up effect in treatment group is significantly higher than the control group after 1 month of two groups before treatment in pain visual analog scores(VAS)no difference,3 weeks after treatment were followed up for 1 month after the P values were0.040 0.020(P < 0.05),and gradually decreasing,the treatment group to improve the symptoms of patients to reduce visual analog pain score(VAS)is better than that in control group,and even more significant in the two groups before and after the treatment curative effect after 1 month in routine blood in patients with liver result The safety index of renal function was compared with P>,0.05 by paired t test,indicating that elata unguteng decoction and xuefu juyu decoction,which was used to clear heat,kill wind and clear collaterals,was safe in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia and had no adverse effect on human body.Conclusion: The method of clearing heat,quenching wind and clearing collaterals is safe and effective in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
