Clinical Study Of Nheumatoid Arthritis With Blood Stasis By Treatment Of Removing Wind And Clearing Collaterals

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of removing wind and clearing collaterals on rheumatoid arthritis with blood stasis,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods 40 Rheumatoid Arthritis patients with blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group,and two groups took the same Western medicine treatment.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,while the treatment group was treated with removing wind and clearing collaterals prescriptions twice a day at the same time.Clinical effect was assessed after 24 weeks.Results 1.On the aspect of clinical curative effect,the total effective ratio in the treatment group was 95%,while it was 80% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.On the aspect of TCM symptom,the total effective ratio in the treatment group was 90%,while it was 75% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The score of DAS between the treatment group and the control group was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),while was significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).The score in both groups was significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05).4.The TCM syndrome integral between the treatment group and the control group was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),while was significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).The integral in both groups was significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05).5.The laboratory parameters between the treatment group and the control group were no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),while the RF,ESR,CRP were significant difference after treatment in the treatment group and CRP were significant difference after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).The RF ? ESR ? CRP in both groups were significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.05).6.In the course of treatment,Respectively 1,1,0,1 cases occurred gastrointestinal reaction,liver damage,bone marrow suppression and visual impairment in the treatment group,the total incidence rate was 15%,and respectively 1,2,1,2 cases occurred adverse reaction mentioned above in the control group,the total incidence rate of 30%,the total incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of removing wind and clearing collaterals combined with western medicine in treating blood stasis in Rheumatoid Arthritis is better than that of using western medicine alone.This scheme can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce disease activity index,improve RF,ESR,CRP laboratory indicators,reduce the incidence of infection.
