Guided by theories of traditional Chinese medicine, based on the treatment experiences on heart diseases of associate professor Yao Yingzhi, the article carries on a new discussion , from the point of Chinese medicine, about the cause, pathogenesis , rules and laws of treatment andprescription' s making of Unstable angina pectoris(UA), points out to givea full view of its occurrence and development from Yin and Yang, and determines the corresponding treatment and drug, at the same time, throughthe invitro experiments, makes a research on the mechanism of drug' s effectwith modern medical and technical methods. The article includes two parts:The First Part:Theoretical discussionThe article holds that as a special type of coronary heart disease (CHD), the deficiency of Yang is UA' s main pathogenesis of Chinese medicine, while the deficiency of Yin is also an objective factor, never to be neglected, during its occurrence and development. Thus,we establish a treatment of warming Yang and nourishing Yin , using the corresponding drugs. The Second Part: Study of experimentBy way of establishing a model of oxidation damagement of endothelialcell to simulate the pathological state of myocardial cell's lacking bloodand oxygen, we observe the drug's influence on endothelial cell'ssecretion function before and after its damagement, we chiefly choose NO, ET-1 and P-selectin as the test target, and give the main explanation to the experimental results.
