Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Family Doctors’ Contracting Service In Jiangbei District Of Chongqing City

In 2016,the seven departments of Chongqing issued the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting Family Doctors’ Contracting Services” to fully launch the family doctor contracting service.This paper mainly focuses on the public medical institutions and residents in the Jiangbei District of Chongqing Municipality.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of family doctors’ contracting services in Jiangbei District of Chongqing City,and to find solutions to the problems encountered in the service for future families.The development of doctor contracting services and the development of basic medical care provide reference.Through random surveys of residents in the jurisdiction of Jiangbei District,the questionnaires were used to analyze the residents’ awareness rate and satisfaction with the family doctors’ contracting services,and interviewed some medical staff in the community health service institutions to summarize the current family doctors’ contract signing from the supplier’s perspective.The problems encountered in the process of service development,and put forward targeted recommendations,to provide a useful reference for the construction of family doctors in Jiangbei District,Chongqing.It is concluded that the contractual services for family doctors in Jiangbei District of Chongqing Municipality mainly have signs and cannot be signed,the high quality services for family performance are not in place,the training of general practitioners and the supply of grassroots are lacking,the quality of service is not high,the technical level of medical personnel is uneven,and medical staff are encouraged.The problems of imperfect assessment system and incomplete top-level design and imperfect supporting policies are mainly due to the unreasonable allocation of health resources,mismatch mismatches,imperfect general practitioner training system,and insufficient service capacity of community medical staff.The incentive mechanism for family doctor services is inadequate,the compensation mechanism is not clear,the information platform is not well established,and the policy propaganda is not in place.The residents are not aware enough,the graded diagnosis and treatment system is slow to advance,and some communities are underdeveloped.In view of the shortcomings of family doctors’ contracting services in Jiangbei District,this paper proposes to strengthen the top-level design,promote the balanced allocation of quality health resources in an orderly manner,improve the general practitioner training system,improve the incentive and supervision system,and strengthen the promotion of family doctors’ policies and society.Participate in the effective use of the intelligent medical Internet information platform,establish an effective regional medical association,smooth two-way referral channels,improve the general practitioner promotion system,and implement competitive recruitment.
