Retrospective Analysis Of The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicin

Purpose: The clinical data of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot diagnosed as the main diagnosis from December 1st,2018 to December 1st,2020.in the department of Vascular ulcer Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot was analyzed.Material and method:(1)According to diagnostic and screening criteria,the case data of 90 patients were recorded in detail.(2)Patients with infection and ischemia should control infection and improve ischemia in the early stage,and cultivate wound granulation tissue and promote wound healing in the later stage.(3)The patients’ age,gender,diabetic foot course and diabetic course were statistically analyzed,and the change of wound area,filling rate of granulation tissue,wound exudation,ABI value and improvement of pain,numbness and intermittent claudication symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.80 patients over 50 years old with diabetic foot,accounting for 88.9%;In diabetic foot patients,the course of diabetes was more than 5 years in 79 cases(87.8%);Injuries such as knock,shoe problems and scald were the main factors induced by diabetic foot.2.After treatment,11 cases were cured,49 cases were effective,27 cases were effective and3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.7%.After treatment,compared with before treatment,the wound area,filling and exudation of granulation tissue,ABI value and TCM symptoms(pain,numbness and intermittent claudication)were improved,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.In this study,it was found that the incidence of DF was higher in male patients older than50 years with DM disease course of more than 5 years;The course of DF disease was more than 1 month.The cause of the disease is clear in knock,bump and other trauma and shoe problems accounted for the main reasons.The above conclusions are basically consistent with the epidemiological investigation.2.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has significant clinical efficacy in improving ischemia,controlling infection in early stage,cultivating wound in middle stage and healing wound in late stage.3.Integrated TCM and Western medicine treatment can improve TCM symptom score of patients.
