Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome In The Recovery Period Of Pneumonia In Children By Linggui Zhike Mixture

Objective:To verify the effectiveness of Linggui Zhike mixture in the treatment of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in the recovery stage of pneumonia in children,evaluate its safety,provide basis for clinical medication,and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease.Methods:110 cases of children with diagnostic criteria were divided into the observation group and the control group by the randomized,controlled group method.The observation group received Linggui Zhike mixture,the control group according to antibiotic sequential therapy(STA)to the corresponding antibiotic combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Syrup,the two groups were treated for 7 days,the syndrome before and after treatment were measured,using SPSS21.0 statistical software for analysis of the changes of main symptoms and secondary symptoms and total scores before and after treatment in two groups.Results:(1)the total efficiency of the observation group was 96%,control group total effective rate was 87.76%,the total effects of the two groups was statistically significant.The difference(P<0.05),Linggui Zhike mixture is better than that of control group;(2)in terms of improving the main symptoms,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but in improving the auscultation of the main lung,Linggui Zhike mixture was better than the control group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.01);(3)in improving the secondary symptoms,Lingui Zhike mixture was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),especially in improving the fatigue and diet,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);(4)in the improvement of cough,expectoration,complexion,sweating,stool,a curative effect of two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);(5)no adverse events occurred in all cases.Vital signs and physical examination related to safety were normal.Blood routine and liver and kidney function were normal before and after treatment.It was preliminarily proved that Linggui Zhike mixture is safe for clinical use.Conclusion:Linggui ZhiKe mixture is effective in treating pediatric pneumonia recovery lung temperdeficiency,compared with western medicine can significantly improve auscultation,fatigue,diet.No adverse reactions were found during the study,and the clinical application was safe.
