Objective:To observe the relationship between tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?), interleukin 6(IL-6), c-reactive protein(CRP) in OSAHS with pulmonary hypertension. Methods:From september 2013 to October 2014,38 OSAHS patients,32 OSAHS with pulmonary hypertension patients and 35 control subjects were collected from the general hospital of ningxia medical university.OSAHS was diagnosised by polysomnography. The pulmonary artery systolic pressure was measured by echocardiography, and the pulmonary artery pressure that was higher than 40 mm Hg was considered to criteria for pulmonary hypertension.Serum TNF-??IL-6?CRP and endothelin(ET-1) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The correlation between TNF-?,IL-6,CRP and ET-1was analyzed.Result:There are remarkable differeces among the serum level of TNF-?,IL-6,CRP and ET-1 in the three groups(P>0.05).The level of TNF-?,IL-6,CRP and ET-1 in OSAHS group was higher than control, and lower than OSAHS with pulmonary hypertension(P>0.05).The pulmonary artery systolic pressure was positively correlated with that four factor(TNF-?,IL-6,CRP,ET-1; r=0.755?0.762?0.747?0.759; respectively P<0.01).The four factor were positively correlated with AHI(P<0.05) and negatively with LSa O2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inflammatory factor TNF-?,IL-6 and CRP were correlated with pulmonary hypertension and they were involved in the process of OSAHS associated pulmonary hypertension. The serum level of TNF-?,IL-6 and CRP in OSAHS patients were correlated with the severity of the disease.
