| Objective: In this study,through a comparative analysis of the influencing factors of the quality of life of the Han and minority nationalities in Hainan Province,from the perspective of improving the quality of life of the elderly,the corresponding health management strategies were targeted to improve the health and elderly care of the elderly for the relevant departments The service system provides a scientific reference basis.Methods: A multi-stage sampling survey method is adopted:(1)randomly select 6townships in Baoting County,each village and township randomly select 1 village committee,a total of 6 towns and 6 village committees;(2)4 in Haikou District,each district randomly selected 1 community,a total of 4 communities.With the assistance of community doctors,village doctors,and village officials,the self-made "Basic Information Form for Survey Objects" and "WHOQOL-OLD Scale" were distributed in April-September 2019,and recovered on site.Use Eipi Data3.1 software and Excel table to enter and sort out the relevant data,and utilize SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Statistical methods used χ2 test,t test,single factor analysis of variance,multiple linear regression analysis.Results:(1)χ2 test results show that: the elderly of Han and ethnic minorities are in urban and rural areas,education level,occupation,monthly household income,self-care,chronic diseases,medical insurance,drinking,physical exercise,number of children,satisfaction with family care,and The distance between medical institutions and whether they were hospitalized within 1 year were statistically significant(p<0.05).(2)The results of an independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance show that there are statistically significant differences in the quality of life score of elderly people with different characteristics between Han and ethnic minorities(p<0.05).From the perspective of quality of life(total score),the Han elderly include:age,marriage,urban and rural areas,education level,occupation,monthly household income,medical insurance,number of children,whether they have chronic diseases,self-care,physical exercise,Communication with children,satisfaction with family care,whether to go to the outpatient clinic two weeks before the survey;minority elderly people include: age,marriage,education,occupation,monthly family income,self-care,smoking,physical exercise,satisfaction with family care Degree and distance from medical institutions.(3)The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the factors influencing the quality of life(total score)of the Han elderly are: physical exercise,communication with their children,self-care,whether they have chronic diseases,and types of medical insurance;the quality of life of ethnic elderly(Total score)The influencing factors are: education level,self-care,physical exercise,satisfaction with family care.Conclusions: The older the Han people,the higher the number of physical exercises.The higher the quality of life.More Old people who have communication with their children have a higher quality of life.In addition,the quality of life of the elderly with chronic diseases is lower than that of the elderly without chronic diseases,and the new rural cooperative medical insurance and urban residents’ insurance have lower quality of life than other insurance/non-insured elderly;the higher the education level of ethnic minorities,the stronger the ability to take care of themselves and sports The more exercise times and satisfaction with family care,the better the quality of life. |
