Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of repeated transcranial acupuncture in emotional area on the patients with post-stroke anxiety disorder,so as to explore a more safe and effective treatment method, and provide reference and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:64 patients with post-stroke anxiety disorder were randomly divided into transcranial repeat acupuncture group and control group,32 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment including adjusting blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose and basic diseases,as well as routine acupuncture after stroke. On this basis, the control group selected the prescriptions of depressiongeneralized anxiety disorder recorded in the textbook acupuncture therapeutics of the 12th Five Year Plan of China’s Colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,Baihui, shenting,Sishencong,Shenmen(bilateral),Xinshu(bilateral),Danshu(bilateral);the transcranial repeat acupuncture group selected the transcranial repeat acupuncture emotional zone to cooperate with the depression-generalized anxiety disorder. Before and after treatment,HAMA total score,HAMA physical and mental anxiety factors,SAS,BI scale were scored, and 5-HT content in plasma was measured. Finally,SPSS software is used to analyze the data.Result:1.The HAMA score of the two groups after treatment was compared with that before treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P&=0.001<0.01,the HAMA score of the two groups could be reduced by the two treatment methods, and the transcranial repeated acupuncture group was better than the control group;the Somatized anxiety factor score of the two groups after treatment was compared with that before treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P=0.49>0.05,the two groups of treatment can improve the patients’ body anxiety, the effect is equivalent;the two groups of patients’ mental anxiety factor score after treatment compared with before treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P=0.26>0.05,the two groups of treatment can improve the patients’ mental anxiety, the effect is equivalent.2.The HAMA follow-up score of the two groups after treatment was compared with that before treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P¥=0.015<0.05,The HAMA scores of the two groups could be reduced by the two treatment methods, and the transcranial repeated acupuncture group was better than the control group. The Somatized anxiety factor scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P=0.72>0.05,the two groups of treatment methods can improve the patients’ body anxiety, the effect is equivalent;in the follow-up of the two groups of patients with mental anxiety factor score compared with before treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P=0.43>0.05,the two groups of treatment methods can improve the patients’ mental anxiety, the effect is equivalent.3.The SAS scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P=0.005<0.01;the SAS scores of the two groups could be reduced by the two treatment methods, and the transcranial repeated acupuncture group was better than the control group.4.The 5-HT of the two groups after treatment was compared with that before treatment,p<0.0001,comparison among groups,P&=0.007<0.01;the treatment of the two groups could improve the 5-HT level of the patients, and the treatment group of transcranial repeated acupuncture was better than the control group.5.The BI score of the two groups after treatment was compared with that before treatment,p<0.0001;the comparison between the two groups, comparison among groups,P=0.92>0.05;the treatment of the two groups can improve the Bi score of the patients, the curative effect is equivalent.6.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. In the treatment group,24 cases were effective,7 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective;in the control group,14 cases were effective,15 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective;in the chi square test,P=0.04<0.05,the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Both transcranial repeated acupuncture in emotional area and traditional acupuncture can improve the anxiety state of patients with anxiety disorder after stroke.2.The therapeutic effect of transcranial repeated acupuncture in emotional area on patients with post-stroke anxiety disorder is better than that of traditional acupuncture.
