Fertility is related to the continuation of mankind,and many people also regard the birth of children as a major event in life.With the joint promotion of traditional fertility culture and national fertility policies,many women have issued a call for "I want a child".However,as the rhythm of life has become increasingly tense and the living environment has gradually changed,some women have been unable to naturally conceive and have children.At this time,the emergence of assisted reproductive technology has brought them hope,this technology is known as the "new hope" of infertile patients.Current research mainly focuses on the factors that affect the success or failure of conception from the starting point of medical technology,and how to intervene.However,women’s personal experience at this stage and the body’s discipline from medicine and family cannot be ignored.In the process of assisted reproduction,their daily life is subverted and their bodies are torn apart,and they need to re-identify their bodies.How do they face the above situation,and what kind of practice does their family have? How do they actively adapt to changes in the body under the inspiration of "want a child" ? This is exactly what this article wants to study.This article focuses on qualitative research methods,using interviews and observations to connect women’s personal experience with assisted reproductive technology and social local culture,and comprehensively investigate and analyze how medical technology and social and cultural life are interconnected and affect women.Physical,thereby analysing their physical and emotional experience.The study believes that assisted reproductive technology is a double-edged sword for infertile women.While giving them hope,the uncertainty of medical technology also causes them anxiety and anxiety.In the face of these two physical experiences,women are not completely passive.They also fully exert their subjective initiative and use physical,cultural,and other physical and cultural practices such as exercise,diet,and worship to fight against pressure from reality and morality.Moreover,friends,husbands,etc.also helped to examine their bodies.At the same time,this article also attempts to use the theory of sociology of the body to analyze the problems of female body being examined,consumed,and shelved in the process of assisted reproduction,showing the dynamic changes of the female body in the unique cultural context of assisted reproduction technology and thinking about the experience of assisted reproduction The issue of women’s "reemployment".Finally,in addition to the assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF,artificial insemination,and guidance in the same room,we also discussed the phenomenon of reproductive commercialization and globalization in the context of economic globalization.
