Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Jiedu Zhiyang External Cleansing Prescription In The Treatment Of Uremia Pruritus

ObjectiveThis study intends to make use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment through clinical observational research,explore the experience of the instructor in the study and clinical process-Jiedu Zhiyang External Cleansing Prescription on relieving uremia and pruritus,and explore the clinical manifestations and the common clinical symptoms of uremia pruritus Type,with a view to guiding the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for such patients.MethodsFrom June 2019 to December 2019,the 42 subjects of this study were maintenance peritoneal patients who have itchy skin symptoms in inpatient and outpatient department of nephrology,chronic disease follow-up center of Second clinical medical college affiliated to Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine,including 22 men,20 women aged between 30-75,the average age of about 57.All patients met the Diagnostic criteria for uremia and had regular peritoneal dialysis behavior but still complained of itchy skin.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety,patient included in the study were treated with foundation treatment and outside washing of traditional Chinese medicine after stop using other traditional Chinese medicine treatment,during 2 weeks’medication time,by comparing change the of pruritus score,Serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,β2-microglobulin,Kt/v(PD)and other safety indicators such as blood routine(WBC、HGB、PLT),Liver function(ALT,AST)and K+before and after treatment,and prior to treatment all subjects with uremia itching syndromes must accept TCM syndrome investigation.According to the principle of statistics,the data collected into the SP22.0 and analysed,observe the curative effect of Jiedu Zhiyang external cleansing prescription and preliminarily analyze the relevant influencing factors.Results1.A total of 44 UP patients were enrolled in this study,among which 42 completed clinical observation and 2 fell out,with a total loss rate of 4.55%。2.Among 42 patients with UP included in the study,there are 25 cases were markedly improved(59.52%),14 cases were effective(33.3%),3 cases(7.14%)with no effect,(7.14%),the total effective rate was 92.86%.with significantly lower VAS scores,lower degree of pruritus score in patients after treatment.Jiedu Zhiyang external cleansing prescription have no significant impact on different TCM syndrome types,different degree of pruritus curative and gender in treatment of uremia itchy is no statistical difference(P>0.05),which explain Jiedu Zhiyang external cleansing prescription can significantly improve the skin pruritus in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Comparison of blood routine,liver and renal function,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,β 2-microglobulin,Kt/v(PD)and other laboratory indicators of all patients before and after treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.During the clinical observation,no adverse reactions occurred in all patients.ConclusionJiedu Zhiyang external cleansing prescription can significantly reduce the score of maintenance peritoneal patients with uremia pruritus,improve the clinical symptoms and no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment process.
