| Objective:Observing the clinical effectiveness of Liancao Xieli Capsule in treatment of diarrhea(damp-heat type),analyze its safety,clinical efficacy,and long-term recurrence rate,and provide a new clinical basis for the treatment of wet heat diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:80 patients from December 2017 to October 2018 were admitted to the outpatient department and ward of Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences through auxiliary examination and electronic colonoscopy without organic lesions,which were diagnosed as damp heat by TCM diagnosis type.The patients were divided into an observation group(40cases)and a control group(40 cases)according to the digital random table method.At the end of the experimental observation,a total of 8 cases were lost.Finally,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group were completed.Observation group was given Liancao Xieli capsule,prescription and dosage: Coptis 20 g.Muxiang 15 g.White peony 20 g.Coix seed 20 g.Hedyotis diffusa 15 g.Purslane 15 g.Dandelion 15 g.Licorice 15 g.(Provided by the Herbal Medicine Bureau of Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,purchased from Jiren Pharmaceutical)2 times a day,1 sachet(200ml,decoction by the decoction room of Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences),morning and evening Warm service.The control group was given berberine tablets(produced by Hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,National Pharmaceutical Standard: H33021780),2 tablets,3 times a day,orally.Using statistical analysis,compare the two groups of patients(observation group Liancao Xieli capsules,control group berberine)before treatment gender,age,course of disease,TCM symptom score,compare the two groups of patients after treatment of disease efficacy,syndrome efficacy,TCM symptoms Points,long-term recurrence rate.(1)Efficacy:In the treatment group,30 cases,7 cases were cured,10 cases were remarkably effective,11 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the overall effective benefit rate was 93.33%;The control group had 30 cases,3 cases cured,4 cases were remarkably effective,16 cases were effective,7cases were ineffective,and the efficiency was always 76.67%.(2)TCM syndromes:The TCM symptom score of patients with anal burning in the treatment group before treatment was 2.07±1.23,the control group was 2.13±0.94,the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group after treatment was1.07±0.83,and the control group was 1.53±0.82,indicating that Both Caoxie dysentery capsules and berberine can reduce the TCM symptom score of anal burning.The effect of Liancao dysentery capsules is superior to berberine,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of patients with abdominal pain before treatment in the treatment group was2.40±0.81,the control group was 2.47±0.78,the TCM syndrome score of patients with abdominal pain after treatment was 1.33±0.71,and the control group was 1.53±0.68,indicating the use of Liancao Xie Both dysentery capsules and berberine can reduce the TCM symptom scores of abdominal pain.The effect of Liancaoxie dysentery capsules is better than that of berberine,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Prior to treatment,patients with anxiety and thirst in the treatment group had a TCM symptom score of 2.50 ± 0.73 and a control group of 2.17 ± 1.09,the TCM syndrome score of patients in the treatment group after treatment was 0.50±0.68,and the control group was 1.27±0.98.,Indicating that the use of both Liancao Xieli Capsules and berberine can reduce the TCM symptom score of abdominal pain.The effect of Liancao Xieli Capsules is better than that of berberine,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of patients with short yellow urine in the treatment group before treatment were 2.30±0.88,2.20±0.92 in the control group,and1.60±1.00 in the treatment group after treatment,and 1.20±0.81 in the control group,indicating The use of both Liancao Xieli Capsule and berberine can reduce the TCM symptom score of abdominal pain.The effect of Liancao Xieli Capsule is better than that of berberine,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).For the main clinical symptoms of the two groups,the diarrhea is urgent and the stool color is yellowish brown.The treatment group and the control group could significantly reduce TCM symptoms,but there were no statistical differences between the two groups.(3)Grading after treatment:There were 16 cases with mild disease,13 cases with moderate disease,and 1 case with severe disease;in the control group,7cases with mild disease,18 cases with moderate disease,5 cases with severe disease,two cases after treatment The group’s condition was graded and tested,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Liancao Xieli Capsule is better than berberine in relieving the disease.In conclusion BothLiancao Xieli Capsules and Berberine Tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of damp-heat diarrhea,but Liancao Xieli Capsules can improve the urgency of diarrhea,abdominal distension and pain,anal burning,irritated heat and thirst,short yellow urine,etc.Statistical research is better than berberine tablets.In addition,Liancao Xieli Capsule has high safety and low long-term recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application. |
